This is another one of what I think should happen mocks. Here's my planned schedule for the remaining weeks before the draft (obviously not set in stone dates but I'll try).

4/6 - 3 Round what I think will happen mock
4/20 - 7 Round what I think should happen mock with explanations/analysis
4/25 - The Draft ^_^

This mock was started this past Saturday so any FA stuff that happened since that point was not taken into consideration.

Here's a few potential trades I could see happening.

1) The Buffalo Bills or the New York Jets trade up in the first round with either Jacksonville or Oakland so that they can land Geno Smith before the Eagles.

2) The Miami Dolphins will move up in the first round to try and grab one of the top 3 offensive tackles (Joeckel, Fisher or Johnson) away from Detroit, Arizona and San Diego (one of the OTs will go to KC so hard to stop that).

3) San Francisco may move up if they really fall in love with someone. They have the picks, they really do need to unload some of them and, as I said, if they like someone, they have plenty of ammo to move up for them (my guess is potentially on Star Lotulelei, Ziggy Ansah, Dee Milliner or Kenny Vaccaro).

4) There will be a number of teams (anywhere from 2-6) moving back into the end of the first round to grab various guys they have fallen for. Who will move? I haven’t the slightest clue. I never would have guessed that Cincinnati, Minnesota and Tampa Bay would want to move back into the end of the first round to grab Zeitler, Smith and Dougie like they did last year, but it will happen again this year.

Eifert mid 2nd? I'd love to see him go at #32, even if it's not a need lol.

Yay, your mock doesn't have Jarvis Jones going to Pittsburgh :)

DLine and LB is DEEEEEEP, safety has 2-3 top talents and then is kind of deep with mid level and then pretty deep with developmental talent. You guys grabbing a safety first, whether it be Cyprien or Vaccaro (I think Cyprien is the much better prospect but either would work) is a much smarter way to go and then address that DL later. I mean, I don't have you taking any DL until the 5th round and you get Kwame Geathers who has some incredible upside to him. Put him in the middle with Ratliff, Ware and idk yet on the outside, could be a destructive DLine.

But, I will admit, safety in the first and fourth is super unlikely but I liked the fit and it still fills a major need.

nice draft. not sure if we'll wait til our 5th pick to get our ILB though. i would love to get tyler bray but i really doubt we'll draft a qb that early, if at all.

i know we need a NT, but with the way the league is changing into a passing league, i wonder how much PT he'll actually get. may not be worth the 1st pick.

Caldwell has said that we will be a needs drafter early. Then BAP late. I feel we have bigger needs then DT at #2. Pass Rusher or OT is really what makes the most sense in my opinion. Whether we want to go with a real DE, or go with the lighter hybrid Rusher.

RT is a huge need. I'm not a huge fan of drafting a guy to play RT at #2, but it's a great way to help protect a QB if you have a real good LT and RT. Throw in Uche at RG and we'd have 3 of the 5 OL positions locked down. Meester resigned for another year, so unless he just gets outplayed in camps, I'm sure he'll start at C again. He is getting way up there in age though. LG is up in the air at this point.
