This is my own personal feelings on what each team needs. It is listed in order of need but remember when I do my mocks I do look at player value first and foremost. I try not to ever reach for needs.

If you see only S, DL, OL, LB, that either means depth or needs to fill all positions (usually S means needs to fill both spots and DL/OL/LB needs depth).

Lastly, don't be insulted if I say something like the Seahawks need a cornerback. It doesn't mean they need an instant starter right now, it means that they could either use some depth or should think about the future or something along those lines. Remember, these are in order of need. If I was saying the Seahawks needed a CB as the number 1 priority then yes, that would be wrong and you could bitch about it lol.

Anyway, normal spiel, rate, hate, critique and give your opinions, I want to know where I'm wrong so I can adjust accordingly but if you don't give me some kind of reasoning, I'll usually just ignore it.

21. Green Bay (8-7-1) – S, CB, DE, DT, S, OLB, ILB, TE, C, QB

Wouldn't it have been easier to just type "Defense" ?

You're pretty close, I'd only make a couple changes and you must have spaced our DE/LEO need

yours - 3. Jacksonville (4-12) – QB, CB, FS, G, WR, OLB, C, RB, CB, OT, TE, WR

mine - 3. Jacksonville (4-12) – QB, DE/LEO, FS, G/C, TE, DE/LEO, WR (big WR), RB, OLB, G/C, CB

I feel ILB is a higher priority in Green Bay than indicated. Brad Jones had no business getting an extension and is not a long-term solution. Our best ILB is an aging... AJ Hawk. He had a nice year, but he's a major liability on passing downs, and even his best year is not terribly impressive.

CB may or may not be a big need. Not sure until we know Shields' and Williams' fates.

1. Houston (2-14) – QB, OLB, ILB, RB, RT, FS, CB, G, DL, WR

I'd go QB, ILB, OLB, CB, RT, LG, DE, NT, RB, FS, WR

Although if we draft a OLB, we could move Brooks Reed to ILB and see how well he plays there. We need a replacement for Brice McCain and/or Brandon Harris. They both were horrible last year and McCain hasn't played like anything he did in 2011, but Harris was a 2nd round pick. If we had depth besides them, I would rather cut both of them but I don't see that happening. Our RT Derek Newton is an insult to holograms. Wade Smith isn't very good, but we did draft a couple of OLs last year and might start them(David Quessenberry and Brennan Williams). Our secondary kinda fell apart after Danieal Manning broke his leg, he's still a solid FS so we don't need to draft one early this year. Unless Antonio Smith takes a hometown contract, we're going to be looking for a DE as well, and Earl Mitchell is a below average NT. Might do well at DE. Too many needs to get a WR.
