I'm going to rank and give a quick analysis of some of the top talents per position in this year's draft. I am going to make a new thread for each position and will keep old threads listed in each new thread.

Keep in mind, this is purely my opinions. I am not saying this will be the order, this will be how players turn out or anything along those lines, it's just simply my own personal thoughts.

If you'd like a specific position to be done next, feel free to post, I don't mind jumping around. If not, I'll go in order (QB, WR, RB, TE, OT, etc...)

If you ever notice a player not in my list, it's either because I have them at a different position and/or they have not declared yet. I am trying not to put anyone in these lists who has not declared for the draft yet.

Anyway, as always, rate, hate and critique your hearts out.

Side note, I've got some real life shit going on at the moment, busy and what not so might not get these out daily but I'll try.

3-4 Defensive Ends

1) Stephon Tuitt, DE/DT, Notre Dame
Tuitt is another monster from Notre Dame. He’s a massive body that can move, very fast actually. He can play DE but if he plays DT in a 4-3 he’s going to be a fucking unstoppable force. He’s strong, athletic, agile and as I said, fast. He can get into the backfield and wreak some havoc. I said he’d be best fit as a 4-3 DT (which may as well be a 3-4 DE too) but honestly he can play any and every position on the defensive line in either the 3-4 or 4-3.

2) Ra’Shede Hageman, DT, Minnesota
I’m personally pretty high on Hageman. He’s a former tight end converted to DT so you know he has the athleticism. He’s got decent speed but elite quickness. He’s strong and can be a difference maker on the defense. The problem is that he needs to become a more constant threat. Sometimes he’ll blow through a double team, other times he could be knocked on his ass by Mark Sanchez. If he can develop that consistency and become a little more reliable, he could be the steal of this draft.

3) Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri
Ealy has a great combination of size and speed. He definitely needs to play with his hand in the dirt though but he is ready to play in the NFL and be a three down lineman. He was constantly in the backfield, has long arms and can get up to block passes. He’s a very well rounded DE.

4) Will Sutton, DT/DE, Arizona State
Sutton’s position in the NFL is up for debate but he’ll find one somewhere. He’s a bit undersized to fill the middle of a DLine but he plays bigger than he is so we’ll just have to wait and see. He can get into the backfield and would probably be best fit as a 4-3 end or a 3-4 DT.

5) Taylor Hart, DE/DT, Oregon
In my opinion Hart is too big and slow to play DE in a 4-3 in the NFL so he should either move inside to DT in a 4-3 or be a 3-4 DT/DE. Either way, he’s big and physical but not too fast. He can create pressure and constantly get in the backfield. He should be a nice day 2 selection.

6) Dominique Easley, DE, Florida
Easley has a lot of talent but there are some injury concerns. If Easley had stayed healthy, he could have been up there with Clowney and Barr. As of right now it’s kind of a wait and see what he can do kind of thing. He’s a very high reward pick that isn’t too big of a risk. Can be a very nice steal on day 2 and don’t be surprised if he sneaks into the end of round 1.

7) Kelcy Quarles, DT, South Carolina
This is my probably way to highly ranked guy lol. I just feel like Quarles has the potential to be an elite DT. He’s solid in getting to the QB but he needs to work on his run defense and he could really stand to bulk up some though. He could also benefit from a possible move to DE.

8) Ed Stinson, DE/DT, Alabama
Stinson will make for a very solid 3-4 DT. He’s a quality run stuffer but a slightly below average pass rusher. He would do well to go somewhere that he will be a depth guy for now and learn behind an already established vet. San Francisco, your replacement for Justin Smith could be sitting here in the third round.

9) DeAndre Coleman, DE/DT, California
Coleman has good size, speed and athleticism. He can play NT or DT in a 3-4 and either spot inside of a 4-3. He definitely does not have the speed to play DE in a 4-3, I don’t care what anyone says, it’s not happening haha.

10) Ben Gardner, DE, Stanford
Gardner would be higher if he wasn’t coming off of a torn pectoral muscle. He is strong and has a high football IQ. Not the fastest guy but much better than any number indicates. He’s one of those guys who might not get you 10 sacks a season but he’ll secure the edge of the line and be a constant force.

11) Brent Urban, DT, Virginia
Urban is another physical freak standing at 6’7’’, 295. He’s a bit slimmer but he’s very quick for his size. He has the strength and quickness to be a very disruptive force in the backfield but he’s still raw and needs time to develop.
