  • The Philadelphia Eagles trade Sam Bradford and a conditional 2016 pick* to the Cleveland Browns for the #19 overall pick in 2015.
  • The Philadelphia Eagles trade Mark Sanchez and the #19 and #20 overall picks in 2015 to the Tennessee Titans for the #2 overall pick in 2015.
  • The Atlanta Falcons trade the #8 and #73 (round 3) overall picks in 2015 to the Washington Redskins for the #5 overall pick in 2015.

*The conditional pick will be based on the games Bradford starts. If he starts all 16 then it's a third, 12-15 is a fourth, 8-11 is a fifth, 4-7 is a sixth and 0-3 is a seventh.

The Buccaneers are likely going to jump back into the end of the first. Who with and who for I haven't the slightest clue I didn't even try there. Likely for an OL piece unless someone else falls but I said fuck that I did enough trades already.

This is the last one, have fun with it. Might do a big board of the remaining players tomorrow after round 1 but that's going to be it. :)

Round 1

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-14) – Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State
Just put the Titans on the clock already so we can start having some fun.

2. Philadelphia Eagles from Tennessee (2-14) – Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
Yep the Eagles pull it off. They don't trade the farm but they hinge it all on Mariota. The nice thing about doing it the way they have here is that even if Mariota busts, they're not giving up their first rounder for the next 4 years. They're giving away anything else they have at QB (less not forget about Tebowgoat though) but they'll still have picks to make up for it. Now why do they have to give Sanchez? Well the Browns have already offered 2 first, two better firsts than Philly can. They have to sweeten the deal. They tell Tennessee that they can sweeten it with Kendricks or Sanchez. Whisy decides he likes the possibility of Sanchez more and goes with him. This trade makes the most sense for every team involved imo. If you want, go ahead and make it Kendricks over Sanchez because they do need an ILB but I just like the idea of Sanchez more.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars (3-13) – Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
Alright Hako, please don't murder me but damn man, I think I feel it coming. Trust me I don't want it as much as you don't but for whatever reason my guy is saying the Jags are going to surprise us again and pull the trigger here. The biggest indicator to me is reports saying the Raiders are looking at Kevin White over Cooper now. That tells me the Raiders believe Cooper will be gone because all they have done is talk about Cooper thus far. I don't hate the move, get Bortles a better weapon so he can continue to develop but man if they pass up on Williams or Fowler, Cooper better emerge as an elite talent very quickly.

4. Oakland Raiders (3-13) – Kevin White, WR, West Virginia
WHAT?!?! Leonard Williams is available and they still take fucking Kevin White? Well, yeah. It could all be smoke but I think the Raiders have settled in on White or Cooper. There will be a trade market if this happens for this pick for Williams or Fowler but the Raiders had a very successful draft last year and I think they've boosted their confidence to the point where they're just like yo fuck ya'll we're gonna do us and you just do you. They have a defensive stud in Khalil Mack already so I could understand this move for them and then addressing the defense later on.

5. Atlanta Falcons from Washington (4-12) – Leonard Williams, DE/DT, USC
The Falcons pull the trigger with no hesitation with Williams still available here. They only give up a third rounder and land the best player in this draft. If they moved up for Fowler I'd probably say it would have been better to stay put and get Beasley or Dupree. But for a JJ Watt level potential talent like Williams, fuck yes.

6. New York Jets (4-12) - Dante Fowler Jr., DE/OLB, Florida
Jets sit tight and land a huge talent. Bowels loves to blitz in all kinds of crazy ways. Fowler is versatile as fuck and will help make those odd blitz packages work. The Jets defense gets scary fucking good.

7. Chicago Bears (5-11) - Danny Shelton, NT, Washington
They aren't taking a fucking WR I refuse to believe it lol. OK if White or Cooper are here they might but since they're gone the Bears make a smart move and take the anchor for their new 3-4. Some question if Shelton is a 3 down NT which I think is absurd. If the Bears do fear that he's only a run stuffer, they can take Malcom Brown here and be just fine.

8. Washington Redskins from Atlanta (6-10) - Ereck Flowers, OT, Miami
The Redskins move down, get an extra pick and still land who they likely would have taken at 5. It doesn't matter who is playing QB for them, if they can't protect him it won't make any difference. Flowers is a legitimate NFL LT and to see some projecting him in the 30's baffles me. If there's any concern for the Skins though they have the entire OL crop to choose from here.

9. New York Giants (6-10) - Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford
I think this is the safest prediction in the draft after Winston. The Giants don't play games, they figure out who they want, sit still and take who they want. Peat has fallen in many rankings (including my own) but the Giants have held strong and taken the guy they believe will be the anchor of their offensive line for years to come.

10. St. Louis Rams (6-10) - Brandon Scherff, OT/G, Iowa
The Rams continue to fix that offensive line so Foles doesn't die the way of Bradford. Scherff can play both guard positions and RT but the Rams take him to play LG next to Robinson and form a very solid and young left side to their OL.

11. Minnesota Vikings (7-9) - DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville
Mike Wallace fucking sucks. Idk why they traded for him but it's whatever at this point. He'll be a solid compliment to Parker. Give Teddy his favorite weapon from college and watch them grow and dominate together.

12. Cleveland Browns (7-9) - Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia
Once again, the Browns shock us all. Here me out why this makes sense. So they have West and Crowell, ok that's fine but neither has inspired confidence as a feature back. They now have Bradford. They have a decent OLine and there's no WR worth taking here. They could take Humphries and there are a few defensive pieces that might be nice but if they took Trae Waynes here it'd be admitting that Gilbert is a total bust plus they just signed Tramon Williams. Gurley is a fucking stud. He is the #3 overall talent in this draft, he is a feature back and will give Cleveland a truly dominate run game. That takes the pressure off of Bradford, allows them to control the game and will bring some hope back to that team.

13. New Orleans Saints (7-9) - Vic Beasley, DE/OLB, Clemson
While the Saints should probably go with Trae Waynes here, it's impossible to pass on Beasley at this point. It's not like Beasley is some reach or anything, he's a top 10 talent easily and the Saints need help in pass rush so it works out.

14. Miami Dolphins (8-8) - Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State
I want to slot Humphries here to help their OL but Waynes fills a much bigger need. They have to get better in the secondary if they want to push the Patriots (and the Bills) for the top spot in the division. The Patriots have taken a bit of a hit this offseason (not much, don't rage at me Pats fans) so the door might be open for a new AFC East Champ.

15. San Francisco 49ers (8-8) - Arik Armstead, DE/DT, Oregon
The Niners have been linked to Armstead a lot lately and it doesn't feel like smoke which si rare. It just seems like they're genuinely interested in him and we've seen the Niners reach for prospects recently and see them work out well.

16. Houston Texans (9-7) - Landon Collins, SS, Alabama
As much as Houston fans don't want to see this I think the Texans have showed their hand by shopping Swearinger. It's not like he's turned out to be that good anyway.

17. San Diego Chargers (9-7) - D.J. Humphries, OT/G, Florida
Chargers are unable to get Mariota so they'll likely take a day 2 QB for when Rivers leaves next year. In the meantime they land a huge talent to help their offensive line. Some are saying Humphries can play LT which the Chargers would be thrilled with but if he can't then he can move inside and be an elite guard.

18. Kansas City Chiefs (9-7) - Cameron Erving, OT/G/C, Florida State
With the signing of Maclin I do believe they may look elsewhere in the first round and take a WR on day 2. They snatch up the last first round talent to help their OL which was pretty bad last year. Erving can play anywhere on the OL (except LT) and be very good. He'll likely be plugged in at center and replace Hudson.

19. Tennessee Titans from Philadelphia via Cleveland via Buffalo (9-7) - Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin
So the Titans make the trade with Philly (see above at Philly's pick at #2 for more) and land Sanchez (or Kendricks, you pick) so they continue to build with young talent. Gordon is a stud and while they just drafted Sankey, he failed to inspire confidence. He's solid but Gordon is a workhorse back and when he needs a breather Sankey is a solid #2.

20. Tennessee Titans from Philadelphia (10-6) - Damarious Randall, FS, Arizona State
The Titans need to upgrade their secondary and Randall is the BPA at this point excluding Peters who will likely be avoided a bit (Peters is 1, Waynes is 2, Randall is 3, Jalen Collins is 4). Randall is a huge talent who's being overlooked hard still. The Titans end up getting a serviceable QB with experience and has won before, a franchise RB and a stud secondary piece, that's a damn good first round.

21. Cincinnati Bengals (10-5-1) - Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma
This is a recent idea that I'm really drinking the kool-aid on. I love the idea of DGB on the Bengals. They've dealt with troubled prospects in the past, some have worked, some haven't but they're not afraid to take the chance. DGB is a top 10 talent with off the field issues. This could really help Dalton turn it around and take a ton of pressure off of Green.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers (11-5) - Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
Steelers draft a corner in the first round for the first time in the history of time! OK that's probably not true, I may have made it up, maybe, idk but they finally address the position. Gregory, Ray or Peters could all be possible selections here but you rarely see the Steelers take a player with any off the field issues. Collins is a monster anyway, big and physical with great speed. He'll help the Steelers in their mini-rebuild of the defense.

23. Detroit Lions (11-5) - Malcom Brown, DT/NT, Texas
Even if I don't like this pick personally I think it is the safe pick for the Lions to make. Brown is very talented and even with the moves the Lions made to replace Suh they still have a need for a new DT and this late in the first Brown has some nice value to him.

24. Arizona Cardinals (11-5) - Randy Gregory, DE/OLB, Nebraska
This was a tough one for me. While I like Ray more, Gregory is more talented and has less concerning off the field issues than Ray. The big thing is Ray's injury and the uncertainty there. Either way, the Cardinals are able to land a top 10 talent at a huge position of need. In my early mocks I drafted Ray and Beasley to the Cardinals a few times never imagining Gregory could last this long. Then for awhile all three of them had no chance to make it to us and now 2 of them will be there for us in all likelihood lol. Gotta love the draft.

25. Carolina Panthers (7-8-1) - Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon
I've been a fan of Fisher's for awhile now and his draft stock has finally risen to the point where he will likely go in the first. He's seemed to leapfrog the next group of OL talent and be the top of the second tier talent. This could easily be Clemmings out of Pitt but I'm sticking with Fisher. One thing I don't expect to happen is a WR. I see a lot of people throwing Perriman or Strong here and while I wouldn't blame the Panthers for wanting another talented receiver to pair with Benjamin, taking first round Wrs two years in a row when there are so many other needs and so much WR talent later in the draft would be an odd thing for them to do.

26. Baltimore Ravens (10-6) - Jaelen Strong, WR, Arizona State
This could easily be Marcus Peters but I just don't see it. I can't see him going in the first. If smoking a little weed makes you fall then what the fuck is choking out a coach going to do? I guess weed is worse than fucking assaulting your goddamn coach (and this is coming from a huge Peters fan...) Anyway, the Ravens get their #1 receiver etc etc.

27. Dallas Cowboys (12-4) - Marcus Peters, CB, Washington
Bu.....but Randy you just said.....I KNOW! But remember, this is Jerry Jones we're talking about here. Cowboys fans, are you waiting for him to kick the bucket like Raiders fans were with Davis?

28. Denver Broncos (12-4) - Jordan Phillips, NT, Oklahoma
They let Knighton walk so he'll need to be replaced. Phillips fits well in their new 3-4 as well. This could be Shane Ray though so don't be surprised there.

29. Indianapolis Colts (11-5) - Erik Kendricks, ILB, UCLA
They seriously have like next to no one to play ILB and with every one of them on the board, it'd be very difficult for the Colts to pass on their pick of the bunch.

30. Green Bay Packers (12-4) - Denzel Perryman, ILB, Miami
Sorry packers buzzins, Kendricks almost made it to you. But you can still have your pick of almost any of them. Perryman is #2 in my mind and still a great pick here that fills a huge need. Still a lot of corner talent on the board here though so could very well be a corner chosen here if Kendricks is gone.

31. New Orleans Saints from Seattle (12-4) - Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor
Saints have legitimate interest in Petty saying he's the best pure passer in this draft. They've already begun a mini overhaul of the roster, get this kid in there to learn behind Brees for a year and then maybe ship out Brees while he still have value next year (to the Titans maybe).

32. New England Patriots (12-4) - Eddie Goldman, DT/NT, Florida State
Replacing Wilfork and Revis will likely be the top priorities for the Patriots. There's far less quality Dts in this draft than corners. In fact after Goldman the talent level drops off rather drastically so the Patriots take the last one and snatch a corner later on.

Look at all the talent that is left. Holy shit if this was even close day round 2 could yield just as many talented players as round 1.

You realize Jerry doesn't make the moves anymore right?

And look at the recent draft picks and tell me they'll do something stupid.

Its been down to these 4 for me, for weeks now lol.

Beastley, Fowler, Williams and Cooper.

Cooper wouldn't surprise me at all and I wouldn't have a problem with it.

Falcons trade up and select Fowler with Leo still on the board.
At least make it realistic to how our front office orchestrates.
Also, Beasley on Saints? Kill me now.

(dat DGB pick.. )

I find it funny thinking he believes Leonard is getting past Oakland

I think Fowler/Beasley fits Atlanta scheme more. I don't want to trade up, I'd rather trade back.

Scherff would be fine with me at 8, nothing flashy, but OL is always something to work on.
It's pretty realistic that Atlanta would take him.
If Williams/Beasley/Fowler/Dupree are off the board you can almost guarantee it or a trade back.

I just noticed Dupree isn't on your mock Randy..
