Draft order taken from here http://walterfootball.com/nfldraftorder2015.php

I’m going to take a different approach and only put comments after picks that warrant it, rather than each and every one.

Rate, hate and critique.

I was going to do some trades here but meh fuck it. Titans or Buccs move to 1, give up a first and second this year, first next year, draft QB, Raiders draft OT or WR and yeah. That was all I really had but meh, too early for trades.

Round 1
1. Oakland (0-5) – Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford
OK so no trades, here’s the logic here. There are some solid other pieces, but let’s get Carr all the help we can now. Give him a WR? Not #1 overall. Beef up the defense? No let’s solidify the OL, keep Carr upright, help the run game as well and go from there.

2. Jacksonville (0-6) – Leonard Williams, DE/DT, USC
3. Tampa Bay (1-5) – Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
4. Tennessee (2-4) – Randy Gregory, DE/OLB, Nebraska
5. New York Jets (1-5) – Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State
As much as I want to give the Jets a wide receiver, but I mean who the hell do they have at CB? They need to address it early.

6. Washington (1-5) – Cedric Ogbuhei, OT, Texas A&M
Washington’s OL made the Cardinals inept pass rush look like an elite unit this past weekend, addressing the OL will be something they need to do early on.

7. St. Louis (1-4) – Jaelen Strong, WR, ASU
Let’s say the Rams think Austin Davis is the real deal. If that’s the case then they have to get him a true #1 receiver. Quick has shown improvement but he’s really a #2. You give him Strong and Quick on the outside and Tavon in the slot and that’s a dynamic trio of receivers for him to throw too. Because the top 2 OTs are gone, this has to be the pick. If they don’t believe in Davis, then Winston is sitting here for them.

8. Minnesota (2-4) – Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia
I know he got in a bit of trouble recently buuuuuuut the pick still makes too much sense. He’s still the best RB prospect in quite a long time, the Vikings will likely part ways with AP so it all makes sense.

9. Cleveland - from Buffalo (3-3) – Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford
10. Houston (3-3) – Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State
11. Pittsburgh (3-3) – P.J. Williams, CB, Florida State
12. Miami (2-3) – Marcus Peters, CB, Washington
13. Cleveland (3-2) – Vic Beasley, DE/OLB, Clemson
14. Atlanta (2-4) – Dante Fowler, DE, Florida
15. Chicago (3-3) – Landon Collins, S, Alabama
16. New York Giants (3-3) – Shawn Oakman, DE/DT, Baylor
17. New Orleans (2-3) – Shilique Calhoun, DE/OLB, Michigan State
18. Kansas City (2-3) – Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
19. Detroit (4-2) – Ronald Darby, CB, Florda State
20. Philadelphia (5-1) – Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon
21. Carolina (3-2-1) – Sammie Coates, WR, Auburn
22. Cincinnati (3-1-1) – Markus Golden, DE/OLB, Missouri
23. Arizona (4-1) – Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri
24. New England (4-2) – La'El Collins, OT/G, LSU
25. Dallas (5-1) – Malcom Brown, DT, Texas
26. Baltimore (4-2) – Kevin White, WR, West Virginia
27. Indianapolis (4-2) – Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin
Trich still hasn’t been what he was supposed to be (and this is his last year of his contract I believe, might be wrong there, one of you stud muffins double check for me) and Bradhsaw is getting up there in age so why not take the “next Jamaal Charles”? :)

28. Green Bay (4-2) – Eric Kendricks, ILB, UCLA
29. San Francisco (4-2) – Alex Carter, CB, Stanford
30. San Diego (5-1) – Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
31. Denver (4-1) – Denzel Perryman, ILB, Miami
32. Seattle (3-2) – Devin Funchess, TE, Michigan

Round 2
1. Oakland (0-5) – Jalen Mills, S/CB, LSU
2. Jacksonville (0-6) – Lorenzo Mauldin, OLB, Louisville
3. Tampa Bay (1-5) – Brandon Scherff, OT/G, Iowa
4. Tennessee (2-4) – Jaquiski Tartt, S, Samford
5. New York Jets (1-5) – Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
6. Washington (1-5) – Leonard Floyd, DE/OLB, Georgia
If they can’t keep Orakpo around then they’ll need to find a replacement for him. Floyd could easily go in the first round so this is some good value too.

7. St. Louis (1-4) – Cameron Erving, OT/G, Florida State
8. Minnesota (2-4) – Mario Edwards, DT, Florida State
9. Buffalo (3-3) – Nick O'Leary, TE, Florida State
They never should have wasted 2x first rounders on Sammy Watkins. Why do that when they could have spent those 2 first rounders to get Jimmy Graham from the Saints? Either way, they need to get Manuel or Orton or whoever their QB is some help and a solid TE safety blanket is the best option. They could easily go with a QB here too though.

10. Houston (3-3) – Danny Shelton, DT, Washington
11. Pittsburgh (3-3) – Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss
12. Miami (2-3) – Eli Harold, OLB/DE, Virginia
13. Cleveland (3-2) – Tre Jackson, G, Florida State
14. Atlanta (2-4) – Owamagbe Odighizuwa, DE, UCLA
15. Chicago (3-3) – Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest
16. New York Giants (3-3) – Benardrick McKinney, LB, Mississippi State
17. New Orleans (2-3) – Kurtis Drummond, S, Michigan State
18. Kansas City (2-3) – Hroniss Grasu, C/G, Oregon
19. Detroit (4-2) – Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
If Suh does in fact leave, they’ll need some new talent to replace him.

20. Philadelphia (5-1) – DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville
21. Carolina (3-2-1) – Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
22. Cincinnati (3-1-1) – Reese Dismukes, C/G, Auburn
23. Arizona (4-1) – Eric Striker, LB, Oklahoma
24. New England (4-2) – Stefon Diggs, WR, Maryland
25. Dallas (5-1) – Karl Joeseph, S, West Virginia
26. Baltimore (4-2) – Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina
27. Indianapolis (4-2) – Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB, Georgia
28. Green Bay (4-2) – Shaq Thompson, LB, Washington
Double dipping at LB is a real possibility for the Packers.

29. San Francisco (4-2) – Hau'Oli Kikaha, LB, Washington
30. San Diego (5-1) – Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State
With the talent here the Chargers take their QB of the future to sit behind Rivers for a few years.

31. Denver (4-1) – Ameer Abdullah, RB, Nebraska
Broncos try to secure themselves a more reliable RB to help ease the load on their new QB after Peyton retires.

32. Seattle (3-2) – Arik Armstead, DE/DT, Oregon

I cant see Gurley going in the top 10. The NFL is really going against drafting running backs with high picks and especially not running backs who sit out most of the year

Talent wise, Jameis Winston makes a lot of sense, but that's going to be a hard sell for Texans owner Bob McNair. Not that he's a hands-on owner involved in the drafting process but he endorses a certain kind of Christian beliefs and positive image for the team. He would probably be against drafting a player with so much off-the-field baggage.
