I’ve come to realize how shitty Walterfootball’s draft order list is. I guess I never paid too much attention to it before and just always used it because it was easy and always using the exact same list allowed for zero bitching. But my god the list is just awful right now and yes it’s primarily because I noticed he had the Cardinals at 20. I can understand not putting them at 30-32, but give me a break, I can’t draft a top 20 prospect for a 5-1 team or a 20+ prospect for a team that is 2-4 (Saints). So, what I’m going to do is use the actual order based off of record and tie breakers and all that jazz found here http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000407751/article/2015-nfl-draft-order-top-three-needs-for-all-32-teams?campaign=Facebook_writers_Brandt.

Rate, hate and critique.

Round 1
1) Oakland Raiders (0-6) – Leonard Williams, DE/DT, USC
I want to make a note that I really want to put Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri in this spot. I’m quickly believing that this kid is far and away the best prospect in this draft. I’m not going to homer my own personal beliefs just yet but I’m seeing him shoot up draft boards rather quickly. I had him mocked to the Cardinals last week, no chance he makes it there now. :( lol

2) New York Jets (1-6) – Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford
I’m not predicting trades yet but if these are picks 1 and 2 then they’ll both be traded lol. The Jets let Geno keep going for another year and trade down to get more picks because they really don’t need any of the picks here. Too early for a WR or DB, the best talent is all DL which they don’t need and they don’t desperately need an OT but that’s the piece that holds the most value and makes sense for them so that’s what they get. Give Geno a little more support and see what the kid really has.

3) Jacksonville Jaguars (1-6) – Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri
Fuck Randy Gregory, as I already said, Shane Ray is the best prospect in this draft. B)

4) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-5) – Randy Gregory, DE/OLB, Nebraska
I want to give the Buccs a QB here but I got some flak for that last week so with Ray rising up the draft board this week it allows the Buccs to grab an elite pass rush prospect themselves here.

5) Minnesota Vikings (2-5) – Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M
Like the Jets, the Vikings give their young QB some more help. I’d like to put a WR here but Ogbuehi is just a better prospect than any of the WRs and provides just as much help for Teddy.

6) Atlanta Falcons (2-5) – Dante Fowler, DE/OLB, Florida
7) Tennessee Titans (2-5) – Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
OK I know there’s no plausible way Mariota falls this far. Someone will trade for the first or second pick to take him but in this scenario with no trades and with me not over drafting players just by their position and drafting off of talent, Mariota and all QBs, fall some. For the Titans they finally get what should be a franchise QB who comes into a solid supporting cast on offense. Now if they spend the rest of their draft on defense they might start winning games.

8) Washington Redskins (2-5) – Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State
OK so RGIII can’t stay healthy (he’s signed through 2015 if I’m remembering correctly that is), Cousins hasn’t be able to play consistently and they’re starting Coly McCoy this year, they aren’t exactly stable with their QB position to say the least. As I said, RGIII is still around in 2015, with Winston falling this far the Redskins might just draft and stash Winston for the year, see what RGIII does and then move onto Winston. Like the Titans, this situation will not happen because a team will likely trade up for Winston but in my little drafting world, this could be the best case scenario for the Skins to try and turn it around.

9) New Orleans Saints (2-4) – Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State
10) St. Louis Rams (2-4) – Jalen Strong, WR, ASU
11) Houston Texans (3-4) – Landon Collins, S, Alabama
The Texans really need to get a franchise QB. But taking Connor Cook here seems like just giving themselves another Mallet so why do that instead of just starting Mallet? Unless Cook can distance himself throughout the season I don’t see the Texans taking him in the first (plus Sean Mannion is the best QB in this draft anyway. :D ). So, they take one of the BPAs and fill a position of need.

12) Chicago Bears (3-4) – P.J. Williams, CB, Florida State
13) New York Giants (3-4) – Leonard Floyd, DE/OLB, Georgia
14) Cleveland Browns (3-3) – Kevin White, WR, West Virginia
15) Miami Dolphins (3-3) – Brandon Scherff, OT/G, Iowa
16) Kansas City Chiefs (3-3) – Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
17) Seattle Seahawks (3-3) – Shawn Oakman, DE, Baylor
That once best of the best DL is struggling a bit. Some young elite talent would be an instant help for the team.

18) Pittsburgh Steelers (4-3) – Marcus Peters, CB, Washington
The Steelers using a first rounder on their secondary? OK this draft is totally unrealistic now.

19) Cleveland Browns from Buffalo (4-3) – La'El Collins, OT/G, LSU
WR with their first pick because even if Gordon comes back and is at his best, they’ll still need a better second option and now upgrading the OL because if Johnny is going to be running around like a retard, they’ll need protection for him.

20) San Francisco 49ers (4-3) – Shilique Calhoun, DE/OLB, Michigan State
21) Carolina Panthers (3-3-1) – Ronald Darby, CB, Florida State
22) Cincinnati Bengals (3-2-1) – Alex Carter, CB, Stanford
23) Detroit Lions (5-2) – Danny Shelton, DT, Washington
Let’s just start working under the assumption that Suh is not going to be on the Lions next year.

24) Baltimore Ravens (5-2) – Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia
Gurley is going to fall, it’s kind of inevitable and the Ravens will jump all over this if he does.

25) Green Bay Packers (5-2) – Erik Kendricks, ILB, UCLA
26) San Diego Chargers (5-2) – Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon
I know they just used a first on Verrett but Flowers is on a one year deal and has battled some injuries plus, to be completely honest, the Chargers aren’t riddled with needs, a second corner is one of their biggest needs anyway and Ekpre-Olomu is one of the BPAs anyway.

27) New England Patriots (5-2) – Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford
28) Philadelphia Eagles (5-1) – Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
Chip Kelly was super made at the Chargers pick. :)

29) Indianapolis Colts (5-2) – Denzel Perryman, ILB, Miami
30) Arizona Cardinals (5-1) – Vic Beasley, OLB, Clemson
31) Denver Broncos (5-1) – Devin Funchess, TE, Michigan
With no ILB available the Broncos go with a preemptive move here. Julius Thomas and Demaryius Thomas are both in the final years of their contracts. They’re both going to be looking for some big time money, which of the two do you think the Broncos pay? Will they even be able to pay them both with some of the moves they made last year? Funchess could help solve that problem by letting Julius leave as a FA and taking over the TE position.

32) Dallas Cowboys (6-1) – Markus Golden, DE/OLB, Missouri
Inb4 just everything about the Cowboys being at pick 32

Round 2
1) Oakland Raiders (0-6) – Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin
2) Jacksonville Jaguars (1-6) – Lorenzo Maldin, OLB, Louisville
3) New York Jets (1-6) – Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest
4) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-5) – Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
5) Atlanta Falcons (2-5) – Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss
6) Tennessee Titans (2-5) – Eli Harold, DE/OLB, Virginia
7) Washington Redskins (2-5) – Benardrick McKinney, ILB, Mississippi State
8) Minnesota Vikings (2-5) – Sammie Coates, WR, Auburn
9) St. Louis Rams (2-4) – Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State
10) New Orleans Saints (2-4) – Hau'Oli Kikaha, OLB, Washington
11) Chicago Bears (3-4) – Alvin Dupree, DE, Kentucky
12) New York Giants (3-4) – Mario Edwards, DT, Florida State
13) Houston Texans (3-4) – Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA
14) Miami Dolphins (3-3) – Shaq Thompson, OLB, Washington
15) Kansas City Chiefs (3-3) – Ty Sambrailo, OT, Colorado State
16) Seattle Seahawks (3-3) – Cameron Erving, OT/G, Florida State
17) Cleveland Browns (3-3) – Malcom Brown, DT, Texas
18) Buffalo Bills (4-3) – Sean Mannion, QB, Oregon State
19) San Francisco 49ers (4-3) – Steven Nelson, CB, Oregon State
20) Pittsburgh Steelers (4-3) – Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
21) Carolina Panthers (3-3-1) – DeVante Parker, WR, Lousiville
22) Cincinnati Bengals (3-2-1) – Hroniss Grasu, C/G, Oregon
23) Detroit Lions (5-2) – Byron Jones, CB, Connecticut
24) Baltimore Ravens (5-2) – Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
25) Green Bay Packers (5-2) – Arik Armstead, DE/DT, Oregon
26) San Diego Chargers (5-2) – Tre Jackson, G, Florida State
27) New England Patriots (5-2) – Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina
28) Philadelphia Eagles (5-1) – Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia
29) Indianapolis Colts (5-2) – D.J. Humphires, OT/G, Florida
30) Arizona Cardinals (5-1) – Eric Striker, ILB, Oklahoma
Daryl Washington…..

31) Denver Broncos (5-1) – A.J. Johnson, ILB, Tennessee
32) Dallas Cowboys (6-1) – Kurtis Drummond, S, Michigan State

Todd Gurley ain't falling out of the top-15 just because he sold autographs for money. However, if Gurley somehow fell to the Raisins, he would rush for 2k in Kubiak's system (if he is not a HC again next year)

Was really hoping for White, Strong, or Cooper, but with the way they're playing, probably go too high.

Gurley

Actually thought Terps would've homered and wanted Diggs in the 2nd round

Please, that doesn't matter one bit to any team in the NFL. No one gives a shit. The problem is that he's a RB. I know he's looking like the next omgwtfbbqcameinmypants RB but he's still an RB and the Vikings with AP have shown that an elite RB doesn't win it all and the value of RBs late is too high. I do think he'll be a first but I think he'll go later than a lot of people are expecting.

Btw, seriously doubt Todd makes it out of top 10. Imo, best player in college football.
