Not to mention the +1 also further increasing the net life gain from BO.

there are some top bvc's in that vid, and it is clear the zon would've won those rounds with 35 DR too.

With bo, I think beating a top bvc is definitely possible with 35 DR for a top ama

When a person records a nice fraps to post
They of course only post the matches that they play exceptionally in

And with all due respect, those barbs were not playing the same that barbs play in ft5 wagers worth 200fg or more
Or the way a #1 ranked BvC would play if he was defending a #1 rank in a world ladder
Wager sharkers play l8zy as hell, they corner and take cover and force the zons BO out
Same with people defending #1 ranks
They make you approach them while they are under cover and they never stay to ww around aimlessly after a failed stomp (as the barbs in this video)
All good barbarians against lethal amas, tele in ww for a very fucking short distance and then teleport away immediately for a re-approach
They know that lingering too long often results in getting half your health slammed by lightning fury
Honestly these barbarians in this video were not dueling that well vs this amazon

I am sure this amazon is a fantastic duelist in this video
But this video is a complilation of how many duels to achieve a handful of flawless runs?
A compliation of the most kick ass results of this guy's runs vs different barbarians

Of course any ama duelist has their runs where a barbarian doesn't even touch them due to dodge and block
For all purposes and intentions, I myself could throw on a 0% DR setup and duel multiple different barbarians
Until I had a few good runs to record where dodging and blocking provided flawless victories, people on east see me do this all the time, it happens
I could claim that DR% isn't required at all if you know how to move right
But what happens when that barbarian does hit you with only 35% DR?
The result is something much nastier than if you would have been wearing 50% DR

Then Ber your Stormshield and trade 7% DR for damage on Bow side against melee.

Don't bother with the auradin, it really isn't a viable build.

The rest are easily build on your own. Especially hammerdins.

Don't like that eh?
Wait till I update the sig with a picture of myself showing my hairy chest
That'l really make you puke

Ty sir, this is a great piece to the puzzle

Europe Amazons get bugged belts, East and West Amazons do not
Do you have any idea how much that boosts the statistics of an Amazon?

Europe Amazons (due to bugged belt)
Get the IAS bumper to be able to use GMB easily while maintaining (even more DR%) than verdungo's offers = More damage
This also allows for much easier and cheaper access to 9 frame throw on mat javelins
They also get a permanent 10% slow target *while maintaining max DR none the less* (which just shits on other IAS builds, including trap speed) and is seen as perfectly GM in Europe
They get much more +resistance due to bugged belts and it's life total is equivalent to dungos, which in turn = less res SCs and more damage
It even gives them a free 5/5 dual leech which is really helpful against druids

I'm sure Jesper and the other Europe zons are fantastic duelists
But this is like comparing someone who is wearing hybrid runewords to others who are not using hybrid runewords

I aint stupid, ofc i know how it boost the ama statwise and adds ias and res etc. But i mean how they play, and i played vs alot east and west amas on d2pk myself (where they also had bb on the EU server. And where the EU ama played without bb on the US server)

There is no doubt the best zons are from EU and that is Lam3r and Jesper, however marvel. was also pretty nice.

Let me rephrase this..

You wouldn't beat the top 3 v/ts in your realm with 35% DR
You wouldn't beat the top 3 BvCs in your realm with 35% DR
You wouldn't beat the top 3 Druids in your realm with 35% DR
You wouldn't beat another zon of your skill level (who is wearing a 50% DR setup) while you were wearing a 35% DR setup

In D2, situations will often boil down to trading blows and taking hits (not to mention life reping)
The difference between 50% DR, 15 life rep and 120 life value
As compared to 35% DR, no life rep and 30 life value
Is more than just significant, it makes the difference

Nosferatu's is not a bad option against non-physical characters
But you'll still be losing 120 life value and 15 life rep
and the 10% slow doesn't matter vs casters

Bugged Belt > Dungo's > Nosferatu's = Always

And to this, Dungo builds can also be rather good, but claiming u wont win a top druid is laughable... druid wont stand a single chance vs a decent bower!

There are many new active duelists who are just as good if not better than the older legends
But it's far too late into diablo 2 for them to ever gain recognition

And druids not standing a chance again good bowers?
You're crazy oO
*Very good* druids are one of the hardest things for a bowa due to summon recover and fast recasts
Modern pvp also incorporates alot of l8zy play with the abuse of life reping --> Druids excel at this

I guarantee the most difficult top 3 challenges for any Bowa (considering really good players are using these builds) are:

* Bone Nec
* Wind Druid
* Ghost

In that order

Druid is not hard as a bow, and i aint crazy. If the druid rely on life repl in some cornor etc. it will be a never ending duel. But its like that with alot of chars if all you do is whoring and repl in a cornor.

And i doubt the new pvpers are better then they guys who have played bower for MANY MANY years :)

But sure its possible.

The list with the hardest duels as bow is:

Bone Nec
Bva

BvA is very easy to kill for experienced Amazons
Sure they tank alot but they can't hit for shit with a shield on
Withought the dual wielding IAS it just isn't enough to get under Amazon frames to hit really hit her
With enough Javelin quantity, you'll bring a BvA down easily
It'l just be an obnoxiously long and drawn out ft5

Now this stuff about Druids being easy is just not true
Generally Amazon vs Druid = balanced match up
But amazing Druids are another story entirely
When a Druid is smart enough to maintain his summon recast as priority #1
You'll have a very very difficult time even hitting the Druid to begin with
Here is how the good druids do it:

* On their approach, they never fully approach unless they can get there with all summons up
* If summons drop before they get to you, they teleport away and resummon and keep making re-approaches until they can get to you with all summons up
* When they do get to you, they don't telestomp all the time like general druids would. They bluff stomp with no attack
* Bluff stomping forces the zon to WSG away in the event that it may be a real stomp (you can't afford to get hit by tornados)
* During the bluff stomp, when the zon tries to WSG away they just double tele right off the top of you and right in front of where the zon is trying to go
* They toss a few haymakaer tornados in random directions and then teleport away before the zon can gain it's composure for an attack pattern
* Then re-approach again, beginning from step one

Over the course of time, the zon's BO wears out along with arrows and javelin quantity
Eventually the random haymaker tornados will hit you, it happens due to the random directional patterns of tornados
Druids that REALLY WANT TO WIN, will use these tactics where they are never on screen longer than a second at a time
It's all about recasting those summons, if he can keep them up, you're going to lose
Because arrows run out, Bears and Wolves do not

If you don't understand this
You've clearly never fought a good druid who was defending his #1 rank in a world ladder
Or a good druid who really wanted to win a 200 fg wager duel

Are you kidding me? a semi decent BvA will take down even the best bower

First off, a bow who know how to multi spam and predict where you come from will give u a damm hard time getting close to her.
2. As bower its so damm easy to just add some extra LL and all your summons do is healing the bow (if u play with titans --> 9% + 11% from a ring + 7% from the belt... and if u wanna be even more lame u add draculs (but u loose kb so i dunno if i would do it) but they have chance of casting Life tap + adds 10 life after each kill and 10% :) So as soon as u get close to the bower u are almost 100% sure u give her full life --> and even without the mass LL you will win this duel.

Yes i have duelled quite a bit good druids, and i wasnt a very good bower, but damm it was an easy char to win against in 99% of the cases, and the ones that was just a little hard eventually ended in a 5-1/5-2 for me.

Over the course of time, the zon's BO wears out along with arrows and javelin quantity

Its rather fast to rebo, and u dont do that unless u are 100% sure u got time to do it.
You stack tons of arrows etc before such a duel if u know its some defwhore spawn (who in the end also run out of mana)
If you dont understand this
You've clearly never fought a good bower who is defending his #1 rank in a world ladder.
Or a good bow who really wanted to win a 200 fg wagger duel.

If the druid would rely on 100% whoring, the bow just take mass LL and GL duelling for 994929429 hours
