yy. being able to teleport on top of people and cs them to death sure helps a lot.
imo losing just 300 damage on a 2300 guided arrow and gaining 1-33k charged strike seems like a good deal. with all the +skills, none of the passives need more than 1 point

plague java already makes it so people don't want to teleport on you and get close unless they're going to tank you out, and guided arrow/ multi means they won't fight at a distance either
normally thats enough, but your opponents tend to stay around mid range- zipping around you attacking while dodging plague clouds and outgunning your arrows. easy for stuff like fire sorcs and whatnot
but when you punish them by saying that being at midrange where you can namelock them means that you can tele->cs, and they can't outtank you most of the time- that really takes the cake

so yeah you mostly use plague java + garrow, and rarely use CS, but its still quite important. especially lightning fury too, which osama sort of skimped on.


oh and thats typo up there thats 9 frame gay arrow. 8 frame with kb/ias gloves ofc ofc- keep those in stash for swap gear

What kind of IAS are you looking at, because I was told 6/40s were far superior than eth titans for CS.
And kindly mushroom warrior, you suggest Trangs gloves over 20 ias/ KB?

trangs > 20/kb in like 90% of duels
although it *is* a tossup. Knockback is a huge factor here on garrow / fury. missing it is extremely sore, but bumping FCR up a frame and 25% psn damage is a harsh price.
you mostly end up killing people with your javas after all. But in team duels and other places, you especially want that knockback for the FHR. they also knock you from 9 frames to 8. But with the switching / running/teleing, the 9/8/7 different isn't as huge as you'd think

and mushroom warrior says that this is definitely the last place you'd want 6/40 javas
they might make sense on a FC zon, but here you'll use lightning fury 5x as much as charged strike. let alone the FRW
