my name is Zack, aka kakashi, im well known with druids so i decided to make a guide rather then explain it to everyone that pms me

OPENING:

ALL THE INFORMATION HERE IS OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD unless otherwise stated in the section

Druids are very versitile. with various builds and the fact that they have massive life, cyclone armor for elemental damage, physical damage and summons they can take down vertually any foe.
While i dont care about your opinions on druids, there tactics, and the builds i setup for mine. they are welcome to help others in there effort to make a godly druid.

A Druids breakpoints are these:
for Faster hit recover.. 3/7/13/19/29/42/63/99/174 (the only fhr bp i use is 99 (i will explain why 174 is useless)
for faster cast rate.. 4/10/19/30/46/68/99/163 (163 is your typical druid vs all build and 99 has few applications)

I will be color coding the guide and breaking it down into sections like this:

Gear and Inventory
Gear combinations
General Dueling Knowledge
Dueling strategy
THE END RESULT

i will start with a druids gear/build, these are the items that i would use. while i dont expect everyone to afford them they do have cheaper versions of the gear and i will list those versions
keep in mind this is not a welfare druid and will run you from 10kfg up to 90kfg (this druid build will use east 08 items)
skill and stat point distribution:
skill wise you want to put
one point into: raven, spirit wolves, dire wolves, grizzly, arctic blast (if your lvl 95 then psn creaper(this will stop there life replenish if they have any(and if you reach 99 get volcano)))
you will want to max: tornado, hurricain, cyclone armor (in this order(if your not lvl 94 then you must decide weither to be lifer or damage) if damage max twister and rest into oak, if lifer then do the opposite
stat distribution: if your going max block then enough dex to be mb (i dont recomend this at all, let your wolves do your blocking) and rest into vita
BUT if your going vita... then all into vita, your items should make it so you dont need any strength, but if you need strength add where nessassary

GEAR

Helms
pelts are not nessassary but the way the game was designed you can have a circlet build with generally the same life/damage as a pelt build

1) Pelt 2druid/10fhr/3nado/ 2os (life is a bonus but not required(with this pelt i shael shael it for 50fhr(comes into play later on)))
-the pelt is used when you need damage and not dr or extra resist-

2) circlet: 2druid/20fcr/30fwr/ 2os (life and resist/str/dex is a bonus)
-a circlet with fwr will be used vs chars that can easilly fhr lock you(hybrid sins) and is usually socketed with LoLo runes for 85 lite res (gm)-

3) Crown of Ages 15dr base with max resist and 2os is a absolute must (socketed with berber or if you have 2x LoLo for lite resist)
-this is used vs chars that u need dr against but also need a 163/99 build-

Armor
1) enigma
-There is really only one armor for a windy druid and thats enigma, altho there are hybrids that offer fhr and resist i feel that the 8dr from the enigma ist more valuable then 20fhr somewhere else
the reason for this is because even with a bered ss, you will need the ber in another part of your build, wiether its in the pelt or armor, also with the 163fcr build 39dr is the most you can get and
it requires berber coa and a nigma made with jah ith ber-

Sheilds
There are 2 sheilds a druid will use

1) Spirit Sheild 35%fcr is needed (this is the main sheild of a druid, with fhr and fcr along with 2 skills, spirit sheild is a must!(you will need 2 of these, one for bo and one for main))
-Hybrid spirit sheilds are better because it gives max resist and 50 life which is far better then 35 resist of everything except fire-

2) stormsheild socketed with a ber or jah depending on your build.
-Stormsheild is mainly used in dvd or when your opponant is slower but packs a powerful physical punch, the ber will enable you to hit 50dr (with nigma) and have proper bps
but with jah in your ss and ber in your pelt you gain more life but dedicate that sheild to be used with your pelt which doesnt work vs some characters which is why i recomend a ber-

Weapons
The druid uses many weapons for various opponants

1) suicide branch Socketing this with a 20lifer/15res jewel is your best option.
-used with 163fcr when you dont need resist and prefer the +1 skill
altho you can use a 7fhr jewel with other mods for the simple fact you may need more fhr to acheive the bp(you wont with my builds tho)-

2) Spirit Sword 35%fcr is a must.
-This weapon will be used when you need 50dr (99/99 bps) and is mainly seen in dvd duels-

3) Heart of the Oak resist doesnt matter
-This will be used with a different 50dr/99/99bp build-

4) Wizard's Spike socketed with a -15 requirments/15+ resistance jewel
-This is the best weapon vs any elemental damage because of its massive resistance mod, this is used with 163fcr when vs sorcs and other opponants that are hard to catch-

5) Call To Arms i shouldnt have to explain this but i will
-this is used to buff your character before your duel (using the items you intend to duel with(gm)) this will increase its skills (battle command) and its life/mana of you and your summons (battle orders)-

Gloves
There will be two different gloves you will need

1) Magefists
-trangs gloves work fine as well but its either mana regeneration or cold resist(cold resist is not needed imo because of cyclone armor which orb cannot peirce and blizz takes atleast one shot(you can recast))-

2) Blood Fists
-these gloves come with high fhr and good life and are used in a 99/99/50dr build-

Boots
-there are many boots out there but these are what i beleive to be the best-

1) Waterwalks 65 life is not needed but preffered
-these boots will be used when you dont need 20fhr on your boots for your build and is generally used with your coa-

2) Bshanks the best boots for a druid
-While these are very costly, the fact that it gives life and fhr with resist makes them the best druid boots out there, a good substitue is vtramps or treks(note that on treks it doesnt add base life so its not
able to bo'ed or oak'ed meaning you only gain 30 life max (15vita=30life). Also, vtramps are better when dueling a hybrid sin because of the fwr it gives (i use bshanks tho)

Belt

1) Arachnids mesh
-a must belt for any other build then a circlet build (assuming its 163/99 bp)

2) Crafted belt 10fcr/24fhr is a must, but life and strength make the belt worth having/using
-this would be used with a circlet only-

Rings
personally i use crafted lifer str mana rings with life str resist rings in stash

1) Crafted rings
-the crafted rings are known for there high life and str along with haveing 10fcr making them the best rings for a druid, there are other builds that allow the use of sorb rings (1 ring is gm on a druid) and a ravenfrost
(for nonfreezing abilities) but i just use crafted rings

2) Absorbing Rings these rings include:
Dwarft star (i dont use but i have)
Wisp projector (i dont use but i have)
Raven frost (i dont use but i have) -this is good in dvd because hurricain slows you down if you try to run out of a failed stomp-

Amulets
there is only one ammy you need for a druid

1) Crafted Amulet 2druid/19%fcr will make all the druids builds work but 18%fcr will work with some/most
-please remember that the more life you have the better and plays into the build later on-

INVENTORY

Torch (20/20)
-this plays a big roll in your resistance stacking and your capability to use coa with no added strength-

Annihilus (20/20/x)
-see the notes above-

Elemental grand charms
-9x 45 lifer gcs, you can use lower life but you will want 45 lifers (they are worth it over 40's+)-

Shimmering small charm of Vita
10x 20lifer/5resist all small charms
while you can use a combination of 20/11 res or lower lifers (17/5s)

BUILD COMBINATIONS AND THERE USES

In this part i will explain vertually every build that is usefull on a windy druid
the builds will be broken down into breakpoints and dr, understand that there are more combinations but these are the main ones that majority of the druids use

163/99 builds

1) Pelt build Use: when damage is needed more then DR
this build can also be a resist build vs elemental damage by changing out the branch with a 15/-15'ed wizzy(for 90 more resist)
items:
pelt(50fhr)
crafted ammy and crafted rings
arachnids
spirit sheild
branch(20/15)
waterwalks
magefists(or trangs)
enigma

2) COA build Use: when you need DR and the speed of 163fcr
this build can also be a resist build vs elemental damage by changing out the branch with a 15/-15'ed wizzy(for 90 more resist)
along with coa added 30 resist its prefered to use this while dueling sorcs because they generally cant take as many hits
items:
coa(berber)
crafted ammy and crafted rings
arachnids
spirit sheild
branch(20/15)
08 boots(with 20fhr(or treks))
magefists(or trangs)
enigma

3) Circlet build Use: this build has no general use but it is a sidestep to the pelt build and can be Lo/Lo'ed for added lightning resist (or w/e u need for added resist)
items:
circlet(2/20)(with the fcr belt this will allow you to use a hoto to compensate for loss of damage that the pelt gives and the belt(if it has life) will be better then using a different rin
crafted ammy and crafted rings
fcr belt(10fcr/24fhr(with the fcr belt this will allow you to have more life(max of 60+ on the belt) instead of useing a bk ring for higher bo and 45 life (you would get 30 more life from having a 60lifer fcr ring and belt)
but you can also use arach and a bk/soj for higher oak and bo
spirit sheild
08 boots(with 20fhr(or treks))
magefists(or trangs)
enigma

99/99/50DR builds
while there are many mixtures you can use there are 3 main ones that are used, they have few benifits from eachother but for creativity ill list them all
-the build will be named by its weapon since thats a main factor in the build-

1) Spirit Sword Build use: this is the main druid vs druid build that is seen
pelt(50fhr)
crafted ammys and rings
arachnids

waterwalks(or 08 boots with 20fhr(or treks)) the reason you would use 20fhr boots is so you can jah your stormsheild and ber your pelt which would add more life if you had 08 boots that granted life)
stormsheild(ber or jah depending on your boots)
magefist
spirit sword

enigma

2) hoto build
pelt(50fhr)
crafted ammys and rings
arachnids

bloodfists
08 boots with 20fhr and life (or treks but not recomended for this build)
stormsheild(this time this cannot had the choice of jah or ber because the 50fhr is a must on the pelt)
enigma
Hoto

3) Branch build (i only recomend this build if you have a pelt with only 40fhr(no 10fhr base) and if its a magic pelt with higher then 40 life)
pelt(50fhr) (this can have 40fhr but you will need shadow dancers and a 5/5 sc in your inventory)
crafted rings and ammy
arachnids
stormsheild
(this time this cannot had the choice of jah or ber because the 50fhr is a must on the pelt)
enigma
shadow dancers(or 08 boots with fhr if you decide to place a 5/5 sc in your inventory)
bloodfists
suicide branch
(20/15)

this concludes the various gear and there builds that can be used.

General Dueling Knowledge
in this part i will explain many hidden things about dueling thats not very well known, some do not pertain to druids but its usefull knowledge nonetheless

How Faster Hit Recovery works:
you may think you know how fhr works and that more fhr=better but the trueth is that it is sometimes not needed (99fhr bp that is) and you can settle for a lower fhr bp and it wont effect the duel
fhr works like this:
when damage is done to your Druid, depending on how much is done, the druid will need to recover from the hit (where fhr comes into play) but you dont have to recover from every hit. there are damage:life fhr brackets and i will explain them

IF the damage done to your druid is + 1/4 your druids life value then you will have a 100% chance to need fhr
IF the damage done to your druid is + 1/8 your druids life value then you will have a 75% chance to need fhr
IF the damage done to your druid is + 1/16 your druids life value then you will have a 37.5% chance to need fhr
whats this mean?
well if the damage of an attack is less then 1/16 of your druids life value (there max life) then you will have a 37.5% chance to need fhr (this is where fhr comes into play(recovering from a hit)) this means that you have a 62.5% chance to be unphased by
an attack and continue casting or moving or doing whaterver

General asked Questions

What is the PvP Penalty?
-The PvP Penalty is 17% or roughly 1/6, any damage when used against an opposing player is reduced to this percent of its original value. This includes Magic Damage, Elemental Damage, and Physical Damage

What is the PDR Limit?
-The maximum amount of PDR % is 50%, there is no cap for static PDR.

What are the Absorb/Resistance Caps?
-The maximum amount of % Absorb is 40%, there is no cap for static Absorb.
-Resistances are capped naturally at +75% and -100%, equipment (and the Paladin resistance auras) which adds +maximum resist can boost the upper bound to +95%, nothing can change the lower bound.

Does ITD work in PvP?
-No, never has never will. The 'Eth' Rune bug in 1.09 has since been corrected, previously an 'Eth' Rune socketed within a weapon granted the mod "-25% Target Defense", which the game mistakenly applied as setting the Target's defense to -25%, meaning they would constantly have a negative Defense Rating allowing you to hit at the 95% chance. That has since been corrected and now 'Eth' Runes remove 25% of the Target's defense per hit. This is an item_armor_defense debuff, not a skill_armor_defense debuff, therefore it behaves differently from Conviction or Cloak of Shadows.

What are breakpoints?
-The game runs constantly at 25 Frames Per Second, every action you do is calculated by frames, for example, a sorceress reaches a Faster Cast Rate breakpoint when she has 37% of FCR equipment, this allows her to cast at 10 Frames Per Cast. Meaning she can cast a non-timered spell twice in 1 second (20 frames of the 25), and 5 times in 2 seconds. When she has 200% of FCR equipment, she can cast at 7 Frames Per Cast. Meaning she can cast a non-timered spell 3 times in 1 second (21 frames of the 25) and 7 times in 2 seconds. The same applies for hit-recovery, block-rate, attack-speed etc.

Do Life and Mana Leech work in PvP?
-It does, but at an extremely reduced rate, even if you create an item that grants 100% Life Leech in Single Player, when you hit an opposing player, you'll notice that you leech less then 10% of your damage, meaning the penalty factor is not static, and increases as your leech increases. It's generally not worth it to have lots of leech.

In what order is damage calculated?
1. PvP penalty
2. Energy Shield/Bone Armor/Cyclone armor
3. Magic/Physical Damage reduced by #
4. Resistances and/or Physical Damage reduced by %
5. Absorb by %
6. Absorb by #

How does slow work in PvP?
-Although slow is usually considered Bad Mannered in any duel, it does in fact work in PvP. However, slow in 1.10 is different then slow in 1.09. In 1.10, slow by 25% would slow your target's current speed (attack/recovery/run/etc) by 25%. In 1.09, slow by 25% would slow your target's base speed (attack/recovery/run/etc) by 25% resulting in a much larger and more noticable difference
NOTE: -this information was obtained via Arreat Summit and is not my own- (gotta give credit where its due)

STRATEGY
for the next portion of this guide i will talk about dueling strategy and what gear to use.
for classes with many subclasses such as pallys i will break them down into there subclass respectively but i may not touch on all of them
so pm me if i missed one

terms of the dueling strategy:

Stomping this is when you right click there name with tele and attack them, not much to it
Vanishing this is when an opponant has you namelocked, you teleport far away enough where you fall off the radar(vanish) and they no longer have you namelocked (generally accross the map or about 6 screens away)
Weapon switch glitch this is when you switch weapons repeditivly (hitting w or w/e hotkey you set weapon switch to) this makes it so for the time you switch you cannot be knocked back or phased(need fhr) this allows you to get out of fhr locks
and can also desynch you (making invisible tornados) this goes hand and hand with wind walking but is best used to get out of jams quickly and still be alive!
L8Z altho there is alot of different opinions on what L8z actually is... it is the casting of nados in a general direction (down) and teleing the other way (up) this makes the opponant have to chase you hoping they hit an attack that you just placed
Divebombing this is the art of quickly stomping and teleing away before they have the chance to hit you, this tecnique is usually done with many summons (wolves) and will generally only get off one or two nados before pulling out
Windwalking as annoying as it is, it is a strategy but takes much skill to prefect, this is when you cast tornados in a direction and then walk over them (often times wsging) this tactic is used when a stomp is going to happen
and after they stomp generally you will tele away and repeat your windwalking strat. the benifit of this is that you dont ever teleport into danger, meaning your oak sage giving you 2 times life is still alive thus making you harder to kill

as a gear reference i will say the fhr and the main item.
for example: vs such and such character the best gear build would be 163fcr coa build
another example: vs such and such character the best gear build would be 99/99/50dr hoto build

general dueling:
always resummon your summons if they die or there time is up(ravens)
and always recast your abilities (cyclone armor/hurricain/battle orders, battle commands)
and bo'ing your summons helps a good amount, make sure that you bo first b4 you summon, cast your summons then rebo, this will give all your summons another skill (5% life with oak sage)

Druid vs Druid

dvd is a hard match up and most people compair it to hvh and other skillless duels, but infact there is a art to dvd and mastering it is actually difficult
the main gear will be 99/99/50dr spirit build and if your a fast pace dueler then you will want to use 163/99 coa build
you will have to pm me on how to dvd because i dont want my tricks of the trade to be public knowledge ;)

Druid vs Pally

Druid vs Hammy/vanq/smiter
when dueling a hammerdin it can be fairly easy, this is because the use of wolves is key, the hammers cannot hit more then 2 bodies at a time, and when you teleport all your summons go ontop of you,
with 5 wolves and a oak sage (ravens and creeper dont take damage) you will have 6 bodies he has to go threw, this can take from 3-6 hammers. while a hammerdin may complain about recasting... its not bm to do so

if they are a hammerdin you want to use the dive bombing tactic, this is because they will sometimes setup hammer feilds so that the circles of the hammers will pass threw them they can generally get up to 3 hammers to go threw
them if they are skilled, also they can desynch these hammers making it hard to see the hammer feilds, that is why dive bombing is your best best (unless they just suck and you can straight up stomp them)
if they are vanquishers then your divebombing mist be hasty, getting smited out of your summons into a hammer feild is death so you must be quick with this
if they are smiters then you still want to divebomb because a chargelock sucks... and there are some godly skilled smiters out there that can pick you out of your wolfpack
my suggestion:
i suggest a 163/99 with pelt if they are just hammerdins or hammy type vanquishers, if they are smiters or more smiter type vanquisher use a coa 163/99 build

Druid vs Charger/zealer
when dueling a charger or zealer they will generally use charge as there main (duh if there charger), charge is usually a slow but powerfull attack so its best if you use wolves so there is many targets to get in there way, you will want to dive bomb them

if they are charger then they pack one hell of a punch so make sure your oak is always out, use wolves and stomp them. most chargers dont have proper ias because there oneshoters meaning they rely on that first attack or a knockback so if you stomp
with a pack of wolves they wont be able to do much.
if they are a smiter then a wolf pack will be a good idea because they will hit each of your wolves once and may not even touch you, your wolves will die fast but long enough for you to case a few nados and pull away if you must
my suggestion
i suggest you use a 163/99 with coa for fast dive bombing, making sure you are not namelocked and if you think you are even a little... just vanish and then rejoin the fight so they dont have the upperhand of namelocking you

Druid vs FoHer/Auradin
these subclasses of the pally are the most trash/scrub builds

if they are a foherthen you shouldnt lose period, a foh is a one shot.. you will have 6 summons plus cyclone armor, even if your in the negotives the chances of you getting damaged is low, you shouldnt lose this duel
if they are auradins then you need to stack up as much res as you can because if they stack... you may not be able to kill them unless you have bm sorb gear, but if they dont stack then they will be easy ;)
my suggestion
use 163/99 with wizzy weapon and a pelt or coa (coa is res but pelt is faster kill which you may need for the auradin, up to you but i would use coa), just keep recasting and stomp there hearts out

DRUID VS ZON
zons are usually weak and cannot tank much damage, this is why they have dodge that is annoying as fuck the setback is that they will get stuck there dodging untill there hit forever unless they know what there doing
but zons can sometimes be trouble, not often tho even a fcer with aa and mods with a infin merc, druid can still stomp them into the ground

Druid vs Javazon
javazons are more respectable imo because they dont tele and they are vulnerable as fuck, unless they use fc then they are just trash.
the best way to kill a zon is to purely stomp them and keep casting untill they die (they will dodge alot) make sure cyclone armor is up b4 you cast... just recast b4 the stomp because i may have been weakened by one of there throws
if they try to run, tele infront of where they are running and cast at them after you do that tele ontop of them, chances are that they are wsg all the way around, so try to predict there movements.
my suggestion
use 163/99 with coa and wizzy, you will need the stacked resist and the fcr because they pack alot of ias (you can use pelt for damage)

Druid vs Bowazon
you want to duel them the same you would as a javazon but prepair to be chasing them much more, they do not stand and fight they will run and wsg away if there good. you want to make sure that your wolf pack is summoned b4 attacking them
if your pack gets low and your not attacking them (there not dodging or taking damage) then tele away and recast
my suggestion
use 163/99 with coa and branch, constintly stomp and recast

DRUID VS NECRO
while it is said that druids have the advantage over necros (not sure why) a good necro can be quite troublesome, with decent cast, rate bone armor combined with wsg and fwr they can be a good match up with a druid

Druid vs Bonemancer
the best way to duel these characters is to use wolves for meat sheild while constantly divebombing them, if they are good they will wsg constintly making it so you need to predict where they go which can be difficult at time
i personally have not had problems with a bonemancer
my suggestion
use 163/99 with pelt, you will need the fcr. make sure you have all your wolves and oak and never try to chase a necro, use the divebombing tactic and predict where they will wsg to

Druid vs Poison Necro
there are not many good poison necros out there but they are there, you want to use divebombing with them because there nova will peirce threw your cyclone armor (poison is not elemental damage) but because of useing wolves as a meatsheild
you wont be hit often or at all so resummon constintly
my suggestion
use 163/99 with pelt and wizzy, recast wolves and divebomb/stomp (whichever you feel will work(generally i just stomp unless faced with a good psn necro that knows what there doing))

Druid vs Summoner
summoner necros dont usually duel because of the time it takes to mass an army, and if they die once they will usually not duel you again. the best tactic here is to constintly stomp, this is because tornado will rip threw all there summons and usually
hit the necro, while using wolves as a meatsheild and cyclone armor to negate his mage summons you shouldnt have a problem killing one of these unless they use revives that are physical imune, then its jsut a waiting game from there
my suggestion
use 163/99 with coa, if they lower resist u then put wizzy on vs there mages, constintly stomp and recast where is needed

DRUID VS BARBARIAN
Barbarian's pack a heavy punch with high life but they are not hard to kill with proper gear and tactics.

Druid vs WWBVC
these barbs will usually rely on leap for the knockback it gives, while you are kbed they will tele into a ww and try to hit you, this makes using 50dr hard because you need the 163 to negate there leap. with 163fcr you will be able to tele away when
they go in for the tele ww which is a split second after the leap, you want to try and divebomb to where you think there ww will end or tele infront of them shooting off a few nados and getting the fuck out b4 there ww passes threw you
L8Z tactic works well inbetween if they are not leaping, doing this with windwalking and your wolves out for a meatsheild it is very difficult for a barb to actually contact you, while dueling a ww bvc you want to primaraly play defensive untill you see an
opportunity where a stomp will not hurt you at all or you can win the duel with a stomp
my suggestion
use 163/99 with coa, keep summons alive even if you have to tele away to recast, use divebomb windwalk and L8z tactics. with this combination of items and tecnique you should come out of top

Druid vs Singer Barb
these barbs are rarly seen and even more so are rarely good, you want to L8Z them because they will fhr Lock you fast so if your hit WSG out of the cast and tele away, stomping them may work but not usually so stick with defensive (unless they suck)
my suggestion
use 163/99 with COA, you will need dr over damage since there attack is physical, L8Z them and windwalk will also be good so try to switch it up
(most of strat on dueling singer barbs was given by Kanister@jsp)

DRUID VS SORC
sorcs will have the disadvantage here unless they are decked out with bmanas and btals while being es fb sorc, this is the only sorc that a druid will have a VERY hard time with and stomping them is usually fatal to the druid, along with there es taking all there
damage and mass regen making is so you dont know if there mana poting or not a godly es fb sorc can rarely be beaten by a druid due to fhr reason i will explain in the next portion but the tactics of a sorc will not vary that much so i will explain how to duel
all of them at once

if they are Light, lightning sorcs can pack heavy damage but ive never seen them oneshot a druid, you will want to stomp them as much as you can
if they are fire, fire sorcs can cast rediculess speeds making them hard to catch and harder to stomp but geared properly you will be able to take them down just by stomping unless they made a trolphy character (bmanas btals)
if they are cold, never loss to an orber... blizzard tho can just be stomped, but be carefull of there die facets because they can make you die aswell
my suggestion
use 163/99 with pelt and wizzy, damage is a plus since most sorcs dont use dr, and you will need all the resist you can get because alot of them pack -res from facets, use wolves or bear it doesnt usually matter unless your dueling a fb sorc
in which case i would use wolve because when you tele the wolves dispurse making it harder for a fb to contact you directly, stomp them when possible but you will be chasing them alot so try not to chase them MAKE SURE YOU RECAST CYCLONE ARMOR

DRUID VS ASSASSIN
this is the hardest match up for a druid, this is because of the fact that they have so many hits going on along with mind blast and there shadows mind blast that fhr lock is enevitable
NOTE: claw block will block anything even tornados

Druid vs Trapper
a trapper is an annoying class that constintly runs forcing you to tele into there traps (unless they are good then they will play offensively), once your in they will mind blast you untill you die, the best way to combat this is to use mass resist and fast cast rate, dueling one of these you want to divebomb
when they are close to more then 3 of there traps andstomp when they have fewer traps near them, they are tough but not impossible for a good druid to beat vs a good sin
my suggestion
use 163fcr and hoto, the build will dictate how good they are, if you need fwr with 10+more lite resist then use your fwr LoLo'ed circlet (the sin is the reason you will have it), constintly be on the attack forcing them to leave there traps behind
creating new ones which take time and that little time is enough for a stomp or divebomb. and make sure your cyclone armor is constintly casted
NOTE: a good trapper will stay on the offensive

Druid Vs WWSin
this character can be annoying but will be fairly easy if its pure ww sin, this is because they dont have the added hits of traps that force a druid into a fhrlock, these since can be deafeated by using a Druid vs WWBCV strategy
my suggestion
see Druid vs WW Barb vs Caster strategy

Druid Vs WWsin/Hybrid
this is the hardest match up for a druid, because of there traps doing enough damage to hurt combined with mindblast of there shadow and the assassin, this will easilly fhr lock any druid, and then there is the ww stomp which will render the druid very beatable
there is really only one way to beat a good wwsin/hybrid and that is to stay on the defensive unless you know you can pull off a stomp and then run away (divebomb) along with the fact that fade has hidden bonus of DR per level and there clawblock blocking
even tornados, they are the most formitable foe to a Druid
my suggestion
use 163fcr LoLofwr circlet and hoto, you want to use wolves as bodies(they will die easily from lightning sentry but are needed when a ww passes threw you) always be aware
of your cyclone armor and recast it as much as possible preferably everytime the sin gets close to you and you run away, this is not an easy match up at all and the main tactics will be L8Z and divebombing when the sin is vulnerable (good sins arnt usually vulnerable)
get high fwr and constintly WSG
NOTE: while Druid vs WWSin/Hybrid is difficult it is not impossible, it takes practice and patients, the sin will usually run out of mana before you so play that to your advantage

End result:
with the gear ive listed your druid will have anywhere from 7500life to 8500 life
doing
163/99 39dr 5900 damage
163/99 with 6600 damage
99/99 with 50dr and 6600 damage
with 75 resist all and 85 resist capabilities

people ask me what use mb has:
well mb is usefull when dueling melee but wolves often negate there chances of hitting you, also for a mb druid you need either mass dex or storm sheild and high dex which takes alot away from life
this in turn will make it (with stormsheild) only able to have 99fcr which is bad when dueling a barb imo

so personally i use max life but have high dex rings/ammy/boots on switch in the event i need higher dr (eld stormsheild)

people braught up a point saying when using a one handed item such as a dager your fhr bp lowers but when you wsg it will go back to the 99fhr bp
there is also breakpoints that differ depending on what item you are using but having the 99fhr bp will be sufficient for any item and is needed when you wsg[/COLOR]

Edit this before you can't.

Btw
Druid vs Singer Barb
"use 163/99 with pelt, you will need damage over dr since there attack is magic, L8Z them and windwalk will also be good so try to switch it up"

War cry is Physical damage and is blockable, so Dr may be more helpful.

using all those colors makes it harder to read.

you list "crafted rings/ammy" all over the place don't list any stat combinations of what is needed.

just saying .08 boots is also failure.

Please put some effort into the actually items you plan on using.
