Hybrid runewords are considered gm, it would be silly to ban them anyway with all the other bugged stuff ( bug belt, btals etc... ) that's currently gm and is considered standard in some builds.

I see where you're comming from but hybrid runewords have always been considered just as GM as old .08s
It gives people something to work towards

The list does need a catagory for strange hybrid builds such as zeal sorc, it really isn't mainstream but it is a frequency asked for guide
But I dunno what the hell you're talking about removing FB sorc, that's like complete mainstream counter vs powerful builds such as Druid and Necro
A faster duelist on 200 FB is hard man, even against GA
