Round 1

1. Tennessee Titans (3-13) - Jalen Ramsey, FS, Florida State
I hate this pick but there have been quite a few reports that Ramsey has taken over as the Titans favorite to use the #1 pick on over Tunsil. I'm 99.99% sure that this is all smoke in order to create more of a demand for this pick but I figured why not do a mock with Ramsey going #1.

2. Cleveland Browns (3-13) - Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State
Holy crap the Browns were raped in FA, losing damn near everyone. Gotta start somewhere, having a QB in place to build around is as good as anywhere to start. You have to imagine though with Tunsil still on the board and SD up next, there'd be quite the trade market for this pick.

3. San Diego Chargers (4-12) - Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss
Chargers get their franchise LT. They re-signed Barksdale for the right side but Dunlap sucks so Tunsil will be able to slide in immediately.

4. Dallas Cowboys (4-12) - Myles Jack, LB, UCLA
McClain is on a prove it deal and even if he does prove it another LB will be needed.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11) - Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State
Because Hako said so.

6. Baltimore Ravens (5-11) - Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida
7. San Francisco 49ers (5-11) - Jared Goff, QB, California
8. Philadelphia Eagles via Miami (5-11) - Ezekiel Elliot, RB, Ohio State
The Eagles have been wheeling and dealing this offseason and if they move Ryan Matthews too they'll have to address RB in the draft. Elliot is considered by some to be the #1 overall prospect in this draft so it'd be a solid move if Philly snatched him up here.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-10) - A'Shawn Robinson, DT, Alabama
10. New York Giants (6-10) - Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame
The Giants have invested very heavily in their defense so far this off season and while they still have a few needs on defense (OK maybe more than a few) they still need an offensive tackle to pair with Flowers who would be a better fit at RT.

11. Chicago Bears (6-10) - DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon
12. New Orleans Saints (7-9) - Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville
13. Miami Dolphins via Philadelphia (7-9) - Derrick Henry, RB, Alabama
I don't know what Miami is going to do here especially if picks played out like this. The top prospects are all DL but are they really going to invest even more into their DL? All that money and a first rounder? They could reach for an LB or take a corner (top corner in the draft still available imo) but that's the reason they're picking here instead of at #8. Don't be mad Dolphins' buzzins but QB is a legitimate option here if they like Lynch but I think they'll just go with the safer pick of Henry and possibly begin to build around him.

14. Oakland Raiders (7-9) - Keanu Neal, FS, Florida
This may seem like a bit of a reach but Neal is very talented and has been flying up a lot of people's boards. With the moves the Raiders have made this off season thus far they haven't addressed the safety position. I'd keep an eye out for them to make a jump up in the draft if Ramsey is still floating around available around the 6-8 range.

15. Los Angeles Rams (7-9) - Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis
16. Detroit Lions (7-9) - Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State
They have to keep Stafford upright. They replenished their WR position with Marvin Jones (even if I don't like it, they invested in him so it is what it is) so keeping Stafford protected has to be the next priority.

17. Atlanta Falcons (8-8) - Leonard Floyd, DE/OLB, Georgia
18. Indianapolis Colts (8-8) - Reggie Ragland, ILB, Alabama
19. Buffalo Bills (8-8) - Emmanuel Ogbah, DE/OLB, Oklahoma State
20. New York Jets (10-6) - Noah Spence, DE/OLB, Eastern Kentucky
21. Washington Redskins (9-7) - Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson
22. Houston Texans (9-7) - Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss
Well they got their QB and RB and helped their OL but I still believe the Texans will focus on offense in the first round. Hunter Henry at tight end or their pick of WR here. I doubt all of the Wrs will be available here like they are in this scenario but nearly all of them will be so whoever they want to pair with Hopkins, especially with Strong getting arrested, they should be able to.

23. Minnesota Vikings (11-5) - Darron Lee, OLB, Ohio State
The Vikings continue to bolster their already very talented and young LB corps.

24. Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) - Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama
25. Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) - William Jackson, CB, Houston
Jackson is likely going to be my #1 overall CB by the time the draft comes around, taking that spot from Hargreaves, so getting him here would be awesome for the Steelers.

26. Seattle Seahawks (10-6) - Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State
27. Green Bay Packers (10-6) - Hunter Henry, TE, Arkansas
28. Kansas City Chiefs (11-5) - Will Fuller, WR, Notre Dame
29. New England Patriots (12-4) - **Pick Forfeited for Deflategate**
30. Arizona Cardinals (13-3) - Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson
31. Carolina Panthers (15-1) - Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
32. Denver Broncos (12-4) - Cody Whitehair, G, Kansas State

Round 2

1. Cleveland Browns (3-13) - Robert Nkemdiche, DE, Ole Miss
The Browns are in such a bad spot right now that they can't worry about character concerns and have to just flood their team with as much talent at any position they possibly can.

2. Tennessee Titans (3-13) - Jason Spriggs, OT, Indiana
Just because they pass on Tunsil doesn't mean OT isn't still an area to address in the draft. Lewan can lock down the right side, Spriggs at RT, move Poutasi inside to guard, they fixed their center position with Ben Jones, that solidifies the OL for DeMaro and Mariota to wreak havoc out of the backfield.

3. Dallas Cowboys (4-12) - Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State
4. San Diego Chargers (4-12) - Adolphus Washington, DE, Ohio State
5. Baltimore Ravens (5-11) - Josh Doctson, WR, TCU
6. San Francisco 49ers (5-11) - Michael Thomas, WR, Ohio State
7. Miami Dolphins (5-11) - Germain Ifedi, OT/G, Texas A&M
8. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11) - Karl Joseph, SS, West Virginia
9. New York Giants (6-10) - Vernon Butler, DT, Louisiana Tech
10. Chicago Bears (6-10) - Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor
Coleman would be the perfect compliment for Alshon.

11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-10) - Xavien Howard, CB, Baylor
12. Los Angeles Rams via Philadelphia (7-9) - Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson
13. Oakland Raiders (7-9) - Vonn Bell, SS, Ohio State
The Raiders really need new faces at both safety positions and getting a young combo of Neal and Bell would have them set for a lot of years to come. Might not be the sexiest first two rounds but it'd be well worth it come week 1.

14. Los Angeles Rams (7-9) - Ryan Kelly, C, Alabama
15. Detroit Lions (7-9) - Andrew Billings, DT, Baylor
This would be Detroit's wet dream. Getting Billings in the middle of the second is ridiculous value but I just haven't had a place to plug him in yet so hey, works for Detroit I'm sure.

16. New Orleans Saints (7-9) - Jonathan Bullard, DE, Florida
17. Indianapolis Colts (8-8) - Artie Burns, CB, Miami
18. Buffalo Bills (8-8) - Vadal Alexander, OT/G, LSU
19. Atlanta Falcons (8-8) - Su'a Cravens, SS/LB, USC
20. New York Jets (10-6) - Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State
21. Houston Texans (9-7) - Christian Hackenberg, QB, Penn State
Yes I am aware that they signed Brock but they're going to need someone behind him just in case and the connections are there so I still firmly believe that if he's available, Hackenberg will be the Texans pick in round 2.

22. Washington Redskins (9-7) - James Bradberry, CB/FS, Samford
23. Minnesota Vikings (11-5) - Tyler Boyd, WR, Pittsburgh
Boyd is my #1 WR in this draft but I try not to be too bias when doing the mocks. It seems mid-late second is where he'll go so the Vikings could be getting another huge talent at WR in the draft.

24. Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) - Darian Thompson, FS, Boise State
25. Seattle Seahawks (10-6) - Kenny Clark, DT, UCLA
26. Green Bay Packers (10-6) - Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame
Smith will fall, it's just going to happen. How far and who will take the chance on him are the big questions. I think the Packers would be more than happy to take the chance on Smith in second round, let him sit out all of 2016 and possibly come back at full strength in 2017.

27. Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) - Hassan Ridgeway, NT, Texas
28. Kansas City Chiefs (11-5) - Jeremy Cash, SS, Duke
29. New England Patriots (12-4) - Braxton Miller, WR, Ohio State
30. Arizona Cardinals (13-3) - Shilique Calhoun, DE/OLB, Michigan State
Keim said he was going to get a pass rush this off season, these first two picks are showing that.

31. Carolina Panthers (15-1) - Le'Raven Clark, OT, Texas Tech
32. Denver Broncos (12-4) - Dak Prescott, QB, Mississippi State
Even with his recent DUI I think the Broncos will still snatch up Prescott in the second if he's there and they don't trade for Kaep.

Round 3

1. Tennessee Titans (3-13) - Kyler Fackrell, ILB, Utah State
2. Cleveland Browns (3-13) - Pharoh Cooper, WR, South Carolina
3. San Diego Chargers (4-12) - Nick Martin, C, Notre Dame
4. Dallas Cowboys (4-12) - Alex Collins, RB, Arkansas
Jerry loves him some Arkansas running backs.

5. San Francisco 49ers (5-11) - Scooby Wright III, LB, Arizona
6. Miami Dolphins (5-11) - Yannick Ngakoue, DE/OLB, Maryland
Even with Wake and Mario they'll still need another guy to rotate in and eventually take over.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11) - Blake Martinez, ILB, Stanford
And eventual successor for Posluszny.

8. Baltimore Ravens (5-11) - Carl Nassib, DE/OLB, Penn State
9. Chicago Bears (6-10) - Shon Coleman, OT, Auburn
10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-10) - Max Tuerk, C, USC
11. New York Giants (6-10) - Beniquez Brown, LB, Mississippi State
12. Oakland Raiders (7-9) - Kentrell Brothers, LB, Missouri
13. Los Angeles Rams (7-9) - Austin Hooper, TE, Stanford
14. Philadelphia Eagles via Detroit (7-9) - Deiondre' Hall, CB, Nothern Iowa
15. New Orleans Saints (7-9) - Joshua Garnett, G, Stanford
16. Philadelphia Eagles (7-9) - Willie Beavers, OT/G, Western Michigan
17. Buffalo Bills (8-8) - Rashard Higgins, WR, Colorado State
18. Atlanta Falcons (8-8) - Devon Cajuste, WR/TE, Stanford
Cajuste is going to be a major sleeper this year and I think whoever takes him is going to take him with the idea of using him as a receiving tight end. He's not quite as big as a Jimmy Graham but he's a little too big to be a receiver imo. He has some room to bulk up on his frame and if he can add effective weight and still maintain his speed (which isn't elite speed anyway, but still fast for his size) he could be an incredible steal for the Falcons here.

19. Indianapolis Colts (8-8) - Sebastian Tretola, G, Arkansas
20. New York Jets (10-6) - Harlan Miller, CB, Southeastern Louisiana
21. Washington Redskins (9-7) - Antonio Morrison, ILB, Florida
22. Houston Texans (9-7) - Sheldon Day, DE, Notre Dame
23. Minnesota Vikings (11-5) - Jayron Kearse, SS, Clemson
24. Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) - Aaron Burbridge, WR, Michigan State
25. Green Bay Packers (10-6) - C.J. Prosise, RB, Notre Dame
26. Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) - Kamalei Correa, DE/OLB, Boise State
27. Seattle Seahawks (10-6) - Denver Kirkland, OT/G, Arkansas
28. Kansas City Chiefs (11-5) - **Pick Forfeited for Tampering**
29. New England Patriots (12-4) - Spencer Drango, G, Baylor
30. Arizona Cardinals (13-3) - Cardale Jones, QB, Ohio State
31. Carolina Panthers (15-1) - Devontae Booker, RB, Utah
32. Denver Broncos (12-4) - Charles Tapper, DE, Oklahoma
33. Detroit Lions (Compensatory) - Jihad Ward, DE, Illinois
34. New England Patriots (Compensatory) - Maliek Collins, DT, Nebraska
35. Seattle Seahawks (Compensatory) - Zack Sanchez, CB, Oklahoma
36. Denver Broncos (Compensatory) - Josh Forrest, LB, Kentucky

Round 4

1. Cleveland Browns (3-13) - Caleb Benenoch, OT, UCLA
2. Philadelphia Eagles via Tennessee (3-13) - Geronimo Allison, WR, Illinois
3. Dallas Cowboys (4-12) - Jacoby Brissett, QB, N.C. State
4. San Diego Chargers (4-12) – Miles Killebrew, SS, Southern Utah
5. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11) - Kyle Murphy, OT, Stanford
6. Baltimore Ravens (5-11) - Kenneth Dixon, RB, Louisiana Tech
7. San Francisco 49ers (5-11) - Jack Allen, C, Michigan State
8. Chicago Bears (6-10) - Jeff Driskel, QB, Louisiana Tech
9. Miami Dolphins (6-10) - Will Redmond, CB, Mississippi State
10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-10) - T.J. Green, FS, Clemson
11. New York Giants (6-10) – Kevin Byard, SS, Middle Tennessee
12. Los Angeles Rams (7-9) - Charone Peake, WR, Clemson
13. Detroit Lions (7-9) - Kolby Listenbee, WR, TCU
14. New Orleans Saints (7-9) - Tyler Matakevich, ILB, Temple
15. Tennessee Titans via Philadelphia (7-9) - Willie Henry, NT, Michigan
16. Oakland Raiders (7-9) - Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB, Georgia
17. Atlanta Falcons (8-8) - Christian Westerman, G, Arizona State
18. Indianapolis Colts (8-8) - D.J. Foster, RB/WR, Arizona State
I'd love to see Foster on the Colts. He can be their feature back, pick up the pass rush but mostly be a huge receiving threat out of the back field since that offense is pass first, pass second, pass third, run fourth lol.

19. Buffalo Bills (8-8) - Victor Ochi, DE/OLB, Stony Brook
20. New York Jets (10-6) – Nick Kwiatkoski, ILB, West Virginia
21. Houston Texans (9-7) - Jerell Adams, TE, South Carolina
22. Washington Redskins (9-7) - Maurice Canady, CB, Virginia
23. Minnesota Vikings (11-5) - Austin Johnson, DT, Penn State
24. Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) - Bronson Kaufusi, DE/OLB, BYU
25. Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) - Sean Davis, FS, Maryland
26. Seattle Seahawks (10-6) - James Cowser, OLB, Southern Utah
27. Green Bay Packers (10-6) – Dadi Nicolas, DE/OLB, Virginia Tech
28. Kansas City Chiefs (11-5) - Connor McGovern, G, Missouri
29. New England Patriots (12-4) - Rashard Robinson, CB, LSU
30. Arizona Cardinals (13-3) - Graham Glasgow, G/C, Michigan
31. Carolina Panthers (15-1) - Jerald Hawkins, OT, LSU
32. Baltimore Ravens via Denver (12-4) – Chris Jones, DE/DT, Mississippi State
33. Green Bay Packers (Compensatory) - Anthony Zettel, DE/DT, Penn State
34. Baltimore Ravens (Compensatory) - Joe Dahl, OT/G, Washington State
35. San Francisco 49ers (Compensatory) – Josh Perry, DE/OLB, Ohio State
36. Baltimore Ravens (Compensatory) - Tyler Johnstone, OT, Oregon
37. Dallas Cowboys (Compensatory) - Demarcus Robinson, WR, Florida
38. Denver Broncos (Compensatory) – Isaac Seumalo, C, Oregon State
39. Green Bay Packers (Compensatory) – Vincent Valentine, NT, Nebraska
40. Cleveland Browns (Compensatory) - Deion Jones, DE/OLB, LSU
41. Buffalo Bills (Compensatory) - Jake Brendel, OT, UCLA

For many weeks, you had matakevich as a sleeper third round pick, and now he's dropped to mid 4th. I'll be honest, I know nothing about college football, but I'm a temple alum and I kept a decently close track of him due to his NFL potential.

I guess my question is, why did he drop in your eyes? Im not saying this as an insult, more just generally curious as I'm not well versed in college ball.

It's more other guys. Beniquez Brown is a first round talent, Blake Martinez' stock is on the rise, I gave monica Benny a lil love with Brothers, Forrest, Fackrell and Morrison have solidified themselves as day 2 prospects. Scooby is more of a day 3 prospect but I need to update my rankings sometime soon.

I still love Matakevich but for these I try my best to put personal opinions aside and use a more consensus big board. I'll do a personal rankings mock next month sometime probably along with post my updated rankings/big board whenever I get them done lol.

Must have gotten bored mocking the same pick at #1 huh? lol

Jack and Bosa leading the club house now imo. Ramsey still in the mix of course, but Jack and Bosa leading.

I really like Karl Joseph, but Ryan Kelly would be a far better pick there imo. True center and he'd start from day 1. We need a Center.

Can't say that I know much about Martinez, so I'd rather have Brothers, plus it'd snake one from Benny and crew. B)

Joshua Perry and Jordan Jenkins still on the board in round 4. We take whoever they like better to be our SAM backer.

board would be falling to us very nicely if that happened imo.

I dont like the phins taking the Alabama RB at 13. He won the Heisman behind one of the best Olines in college football, he has nowhere to go but down in terms of production.

If the draft played out like this I wouldnt mind reaching a little and picking up Ragland, we need help at LB now that we've shored up the Dline

Picking an offensive player at our pick just doesnt make sense, especially for the phins situation. Unless its offensive line

Wow Henry at 13, I missed that pick. Ouch.

I wouldn't touch Henry before the 4th round imo. 3rd at the absolute earliest, but I'm not even a fan of his, so I wouldn't draft him period.

Devontae Booker is the best RB in this class.
