I agree that one of the benefits GoT has over Witcher is that Witcher saddles us with a protagonist who has invincible plot armor. GoT meandered it's way to the problematic plot armor in the later half, but we started with 4 strong seasons where everyone seemed killable at the time.


to be fair, witchers are more powerful/resilient than regular humans, but I will agree that there were a few questionable moments even if you consider that lol

I like Cavill as Geralt.

The show is pretty disappointing outside of that though.

I very much enjoyed the show. I've played all 3 games and have read 3 of the books so far.

The time jumps were sometimes difficult to keep up with, and some of the cheesy moments didn't fit well - EX. Yen and Geralt having a quick smooch while he blasts the Reavers with Aard. - Also Yen fighting with swords/daggers and being proficient. She's a mage, not adept to swords.

I digress.... overall i was very happy. Room for improvement but overall very strong showing.

The fight scenes are spectacular. Cavill does a great job, as does the other main characters.
