Haha thanks man.. I'm trying pretty fucking hard every day.

So I'm trying new accessory movements next rotation.. Ended this last cycle strong, pulling 375 "95% of training max" like 5 times, squatting 315 for 5 and benching 175 for 6..

Next cycle, I'm throwing in 50% 1rm for 5x10 on each lift.. Lets see how it goes

370 for a squat PR today..

Did 365 and had a bit more in the tank.. Threw on some 2.5s and cranked out a single, felt fucking great.

Can I ask why your bench is so low? How many times a week are you benching vs squatting/deadlifting?

I'm benching twice a week now.. Tuesday and Friday, that includes flat bench, incline bench, back accessories and tricep accessories. My bench has gone from 165 to 205 in 2 months, so it's definitely progressing.

It's so low because I've never trained chest prior to 1 year ago, I've always been very weak when it comes to my bench

Did some incline, bb rows, prison pulls, dips, skull crushers and tricep pulldowns.

Hit a PR of 285x9 on the last set of my working weights..

Followed up with 5x10 at 185.. That shit gasses you..

Nice thing about the 5/3/1 is if you push yourself, you hit a PR every cycle..

And yeah, I can definitely feel improvement in my bench, it's coming up slowly.. it'll get there.
