Bigger but Boring I was pulling sumo today..

225 5x10

did some RDL work and some sumo RDL work, burned my hammies out..



e: I can hear an old bird in the background bitching about how loud I was being.. lol, I should drop 435 next time.

Great stuff m8! Keep up the good work and don't forget cardio!

If you're serious about blasting off fat fast don't be afraid to do fasted cardio sessions in the morning.

I stopped caring about blasting fat off when I started eating 3200-3400 cals a day.

I still do 3 sessions of conditioning a week to keep my cardiovascular stamina up though

Update, did some photos today and I'm starting to see some progress.



First pic, I was around 255ish, second pic was taken today sitting around 208-210.

I'm back with the mentality that I should stop eating as much and just keep cutting until I get to around 190.. Any advice from the group?

You were lifting great even while eating in deficit.

Imo i'd do another cut down to 190ish and then see how happy you feel re strength/body image

Just got a call from my doctors office.. Had some blood work done today, the nurse said I have some sort of thrombocytopenia and I need to see a hematologist.

pressing forward in the face of adversity is a bitch, but lets keep fucking going.

Worked up to 315 today, did a solid set of 7 on squats @315.. Worked down with my 5x10 @50% of my TM, around 185.

did some sled pulls and some GHRs just to burn my hammies out before the day starts...

Have my first day of orientation to nursing school today, cant wait.. And still waiting on news from my doctor about what the next step is with my low platelet count.. Hoping its drug induced, I fucked my SI joint up a week or so ago and I've been on a plethora of NSAIDs to alleviate the pain..

Going to miss Monday at the gym since I work and they have limited hours :(.. So it was deadlift Sunday today!
