Off day today, did 30 min HIIT and some sled pulls/monster walks. Taking my ole girl out today.. got a baby sitter all day.

Sunday was off day..

Mixed it up today, found a killer complex barbell circuit, working with 135.

6 reps OHP, 7 reps front squats, 8 reps bb rows, 9 reps deads, 10 reps squats.. Rinse and repeat for 5 circuits.

Did 20 min of HIIT prior and 10 min after I was done.

I can't wait to start my bulk so I can stop doing stupid crossfit workouts.

Dem legs tho.. went rock climbing in a bass pro shop, lol.. was pretty fun.. made it to the 2nd highest part, probably a good 25 ft.

Down to 207, still doing HIIT and some complex barbell shit.. Almost at my goal!

did percentages for a 5x5 today for squats, 60%-80% through 5 sets.

205 x5
215 x5
235 x5
250 x5
270 x5+

Than did some good mornings and heavy RDLs and yates rows. Feeling pretty good.

Tomorrow is deads and front squats, planning on

190 x5
205 x5
220 x5
235 x5
255 x5+

keeping my deads relatively light till I get my form 100% down pact.. Also started doing a lot of dorsiflexion exercises, and my squat form and deadlift form have approved 10 fold.

Weighed in this morning at 204.4, feelz good m9.

Did 5x5 strict press working from 60-80%.. Than did some squat accessories and plenty of mobility drills for dorsiflexion and hip mobility.

Pulled 350x3 last night. I feel like I could have done 4, but I was gassed pretty hardcore after a 14 hour shift.

Mixed up some 3 inch deficit lifts and heavy RDLs.. Trying to crush some hammy work..

Also still working on mobility daily, my squat has become exponentially more stable and a better lift since i started working on ankle and hip mobility.

And more meathead gear incoming! Knee sleeves and a new pair of trainers in the next month..
