Sunday was off day..
Mixed it up today, found a killer complex barbell circuit, working with 135.
6 reps OHP, 7 reps front squats, 8 reps bb rows, 9 reps deads, 10 reps squats.. Rinse and repeat for 5 circuits.
Did 20 min of HIIT prior and 10 min after I was done.
I can't wait to start my bulk so I can stop doing stupid crossfit workouts.
