Hey sorry been busy with work.

I'd suggest reading his ebook about 531 it lays everything out in really good detail. Lmk if you have any questions i'll try to be faster next time.

It's cool man no problem. I already read it lol
For legs I did the squat progression using 328 as my max I hit 292 for 12 because I realized I was using a 62lb bar after my workout was over then I did walking lunges and ghr

For chest I'm planning on doing incline dumbell press, dips and decline sit ups

Not sure what the best accessory work would be for deads and ohp I'm thinking Forsure bent over rows or Kroc rows any input would be great to be honest and I'm not really
Looking to do any body building just pure strength

Think you can link me to pull through and side lat raises, Thanks.

What do you think about doing box squats after regular squats? My opinion is it probably wouldn't work well with this program, what's yours?

Box squats are superior, but I'd just keep the program how its laid out.

I didnt listen to what they said just show them doing the movement.

My max was 265 and I took 90% of that to use as my max. What do you think I should keep this cycle going for the 2 more weeks or add weight already?

I've been having a weak chest for a while now. I've been trying to increase it by training it twice a week but I've completely scrapped my program as I haven't noticed any significant gains in a long time. I maxed out around 205 a few months back, however I haven't been able to replicate that lift since.

Would you have any programs dedicated to building some mass + strength, specifically in the chest, but incorporating the rest of the body also? I have access to almost anything and everything available and am extremely flexible with when/how long/where I exercise. Basically a clean slate to work off of.

If you'd like to PM me a general plan I could follow that'd be great; and if you could also PM me your rates for being trained that would be cool too.
