My max was 265 and I took 90% of that to use as my max. What do you think I should keep this cycle going for the 2 more weeks or add weight already?

Keep it going breh, stick as close to the program as you can.

You could do it as accessory.

I've been having a weak chest for a while now. I've been trying to increase it by training it twice a week but I've completely scrapped my program as I haven't noticed any significant gains in a long time. I maxed out around 205 a few months back, however I haven't been able to replicate that lift since.

Would you have any programs dedicated to building some mass + strength, specifically in the chest, but incorporating the rest of the body also? I have access to almost anything and everything available and am extremely flexible with when/how long/where I exercise. Basically a clean slate to work off of.

If you'd like to PM me a general plan I could follow that'd be great; and if you could also PM me your rates for being trained that would be cool too.

Madcows 5x5, i've sent you a PM.

Hello

Is pause bench an effective accessory to do after doing regular bench press? (5/3/1) for some reason, I don't see how its effective at all. I've never done it by the way, just because I don't see the point of doing it after my 6-8 sets of regular bench.

Your stretch reflex will last around 2 seconds, I don't think there is a point in doing it for accessory work, or at all TBH.

What would you recommend as a bench accessory?

I'm trying to implement a back/bis day in 5/3/1. My current workout schedule is like this:

Sun - squats
Mon - off
Tues - ohp
Wed - off
Thu - deadlift
Fri - off
Sat - bench

Where's the best place for it?
