If you do just a 30 minute mini workout any where you want on an off day. If you want to do it on the same day as a different workout I'd probably add it on Saturday.

could u express me via pm or here what is and what does mean "superserie" ? and how its done ?
for example what did i read
the excersise : kick back
series : 1 ( superserie )
reps : 10
what should i imagine there ?
