I highly doubt Lindblom sees any ice time, putting him on the roster IMO was purely a motivational move

i mean the cancer was in his finger and he literally said "i felt fine but they told me i wasnt" when he was diagnosed
he finished his treatments a little while ago has had some time to recover and hes starting from scratch just like everybody esle with a fresh camp

plus he signed a 3 year extension for 3m/season im pretty sure the guys good to play i could be wrong but all signs are pointing to good to go
but he did just come out of likely chemo treatments so im not expecting 100% specially with not playing for a while but hes on fairly even grounds there

Projected lineup
Claude Giroux -- Sean Couturier -- Jakub Voracek
Joel Farabee -- Kevin Hayes -- Travis Konecny
James van Riemsdyk -- Derek Grant -- Tyler Pitlick
Scott Laughton -- Nate Thompson -- Michael Raffl
Ivan Provorov -- Matt Niskanen
Travis Sanheim -- Philippe Myers
Robert Hagg -- Justin Braun
Carter Hart
Brian Elliott

Scratched: Nicolas Aube-Kubel, Andy Andreoff, Connor Bunnaman, Morgan Frost, Mark Friedman, Oskar Lindblom,Shayne Gostisbehere, Andy Welinski, Yegor Zamula, Alex Lyon, Kirill Ustimenko
those might not be the exact lines but im surprised to see aube kubel scratched and lindblom sorta
either way im liking the roster and we got some good depth scratched with guys like frost aube kubel lindblom ghost friedman was talked very highly in the ahl too ... we got a solid team even if we get some injuries

e: yeah lines are wrong AK+ghost are on the roster and i think they said lindblom isnt actually with the team yet so hes not able to play

They haven't skipped a beat since returning to play.

W's over Boston, WAS, and TB, really promising stuff.

i know they got eliminated by the habs but the win over the pens is always pretty feel good too
5-0 since returning to play mostly 5on5 play winning the games too

i think we only had one pp goal against entire RR and exhibition game..but our PP was also fuckin terribad but if the PP gets clicking... oh boy

very promising for sure though im excited the PP can be improved most likely and everything else seems to be clicking

Shayne Gostisbehere, who entered the season as a fixture in the starting six but eventually lost his spot, was an exception. He underwent arthroscopic surgery on both knees this calendar year (the latter coming during the leaguewide pause for the coronavirus pandemic). Between injury-related absences and coach's decision scratches, "Ghost" dressed in only 42 of the 69 games.

"I'm definitely 100 percent right now. I feel good. Probably the healthiest I've felt in a couple years. I'm happy to contribute any way that I can. It's just good to be healthy. Good to be out there, having fun and winning, too," Gostisbehere said. "If I get to play, I will do everything I can to help the team. If I don't, I'll be a good teammate and cheerleader."

if we got a 100% ghost and he plays like he can thats huge for us

it really sucks knowing how hot the team was when corona came out and to see them play like this in the bubble
its like a total different team they did pretty good considering how they looked but man they just never got even close to where they were :(

fuck corona virus and 2020 man this really felt like their year to go all the way and it got shit on by some bat eating fuck face in china

going to be an interesting off season probably trade ghost jvr is expected to be gone in the expansion draft if hes still around next off season
lots of solid depth guys ufa myers hagg aube-kubel are all rfa and had a pretty strong seasons

next season we might even see nolan patrick play? doubt it but we can hope

couts won the selke

Flyers will try to improve with trades over free agency, GM says
wonder who he got in mind and is willing to give up we got a nice pool of prospects but some i dont want to see go

going to be interesting sounds like he wants a guy that can finish and score goals and they dont come cheap
tsn trade bait has jvr #2 and ghost #6 on there too ghost is now healthy which should fetch him a bit more

wonder if he tries to trade for laine hes a guy that can score goals and hes also on the trade bait board
