Sitting around 188 now, down from 270 this time last year. Pictured I was probably 195ish.
Working with Renaissance Periodization diet app to get down to around 180.
Once I left powerlifting, everything is different now. Doing BJJ and a little MMA striking, I feel so much better sitting at a lighter weight.
