Just finished an 8-week cut, on maintenance for a few months before finishing up.
Lowest I've ever been. Prior to this, I was hanging in around 205 for a few years before plumping up during COVID. I kept training while getting fat, but still got pretty fat.
Sitting at 195 now, goal is just a little bit less. Training Jiu Jitsu now, so my workouts have completely switched up from before. Numbers still aren't bad either.
