When I was doing meets, I was around 255.. So significant chonk…. But I let myself go while traveling for work and made my way up to 280ish 16 months ago, albeit still lifting.
I’ve come down to 183 from around 400 in high school. So, all over the damn place.
I get why y’all stay lean, it feels pretty amazing compared to walking around 25%+.
