Im a bit confused so far about anabolic cutting diet, I been through the 14 days w/o carbs then carb load, then ive had 7 days w/o carbs then cheat day (carbs) and now do i wait 7 days for the next load/cheat or 14? I tought keto was 2 weeks to get in ketosis first, then every 7 days you cheat. But if im correct its 14-21-35-42, right? Im confused with 14-21-28-35

its every 7 days....but if you read it correctly it's like this

14 days to get into keto
then a CHEAT DAY
7 days later a CARB DAY
7 days later a CHEAT DAY

you are alternating carb days with cheat day. Re-read it and it will make more sense

I get it, usually when i go on cheat/carb load, i tend to mix them up abit.. but i dont go on a binge u get me?
Id say its a Semi cheat/carb day, last week for the cheat day i had
bf: 4 eggs + 2 potatoes with Ketchup and an iced coffee
dinner: Restaurant BBQ chicken wrap + sweet potatoes fries + coleslaw
supper : Longfoot from sub + a subway salad
late night : cheeseburger

And A couple beer to finish the day.

Let me know if these still apply to me, lost a few pounds and dropped my body fat % by a few.

6'2 - 190lbs (down from 215 using your routine/meal plan) - around 15-16% bf

I am looking to lose my mid section and shred a few pounds before I decide to put on some mass.
Aiming for around 175-180pounds.

Let me know if these are still appropriate for my needs.

On a side note, the HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the best thing I've ever done and I wouldn't have lost all the weight without it!

Most people like to trash and troll others on forums without any basis for their opinions. Don't worry about it.

I unfortunately do not have an MMA plan, nor do I like to dabble in it because of the complexity of the issues involved. I always yield to experts on this matter. I would advise that you find an MMA professional and go from there.

Hey there. Lower your calories to 2,000 per day instead of 2,200 now that you are lighter. That should be helpful in losing the rest. Keep your activity level high! Good job losing the BF brother

hey there I got a few questions first off

I'm 6.2
207 pounds

I am curious on what you would suggest I should eat/do to lose weight, I am on a tight budget(really tight), And I am looking to lose 20-30 pounds(6 pack eventually), I'm also while trying to lose weight gain muscle mass in my upper body(check, arms, neck/back etc) Is it smart to do and do work or should I focus on losing my weight first before attemting to mass up?

I have dumbells, 20 pounds atm, and a bench weight without the bench press(100 pounds, I know I need to upgrade cause I can lift alot more)

Also, I am thinking about boxing, How effective is boxing calorie wise?

Hi Raynor,

Could this suffice as a cutting schedule?

Monday: Cardio (45m)
Tuesday: Chest Tri (20m post workout cardio)
Wed: Cardio (45m)
Thur: Back Bi (20m post workout cardio)
Friday: Cardio (45m)
Saturday: Legs Shoulders (20m cardio post workout)
Sunday: rest + cheat meal.

e/ also

Meal 1 Protein shake w/ 1 cup oatmeal + handful of berries
Meal 2 - 1 chicken breast + large green salad + o-oil and vinegar
Meal 3 - 5 oz lean beef (90/10 or better) w/ mixed veggies
Meal 4 - 6 oz chicken breast + 1/2 cup black beans + 1/2 cup green pepper
Meal 5 (assuming this is POST WORKOUT, if not adjust this meal to PWO) - 1 Protein shake + 1 tbsp peanut butter + handful mixed berries
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 1 TSP peanut butter + cinnamon

I'm following the above meal plan, and I weigh 170 at 5'10 with 16% body fat. Is that fine?
