I'm still trying to learn how to use this site and it feels like a juggling act trying to keep track of replies and PMs when they are coming in from multiple users at once. Any general tips on how to manage this?

Do you normally trade with multiple tabs open or navigate between posts and PMs in one tab?

Do you normally save sent PMs? If so, is there a way to have them saved automatically?

Why would I not want to track my post? Why is that option unchecked by default?

Does the rule of no back-to-back replies still apply when you're replying to multiple people in the thread?

Should I reply that I've PMed someone when I PM them?

How long do I have to edit my post? I think I've been unable to edit in the past due to a time limit (30 minutes?), but recently been able to edit after a longer period of time than that. Is there a timer? Does it reset with replies?

As for your questions,

1. Make sure to setup your Push Notifications found here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/settings.php?c=35 this will help you keep track with PMs, replies to topics etc.

2. I would trade with 1 Tab and 1 user at a time, this will help you prevent sending fg to a wrong user or wrong item toa different trade.

3. You can't have it saved automatically, when you are sending a PM on the bottom click on "Save a Copy to Sent folder"

4. Having a topic tracked is your choice, some users make several topics (within the Top 50 Rule) they do not deem important to track etc.

5. Yes it does, its considered early bump and will result in your topic being closed. Wait for your 4 hour bump and you can reply to everyone all at once.

6. Refer to #5

Yes, it is 30 minutes to edit your firs post in your topic, have you recently purchased forum gold? If so, that adds + 30 minutes.,

I have push notifications enabled, and I thought that's what the "Track this post" option was for, but I just noticed that there's a "Tracker" tab in PMs. Does tracking do something else besides enable notifications?

I haven't made a recent purchase, which is why I thought the timer was being reset somehow.

Btw, is there a way to @ someone or reply to a specific comment without quoting?

As for tracker in PMs:
https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=72

That link explains everything for it.

As for @messages, just type ^ in front of the username.

Example:

Responding to certain comments though, you could just copy/paste it, or just quote which is probably easier.

Making an edit resets the edit timer, so if you edit 29 minutes after the post, you can edit it again up to 59 minutes after the post is made, and so forth.
