Judge in AZ ripped the affidavits apart in court last week.

To be honest, I'm not sure if 4 parties are actually needed. Three would probably be sufficient. All this derisive talk about establishment Democrats and establishment Republicans (pre-Trump, potentially also post-Trump) being a "uniparty" has more than just a grain of truth to it. Problem is that the genuine leftists and the social-conservative union on the right would find no common ground, so if you split American politics this way, the winner takes all system would cause the centrist, status-quo preserving uniparty to dominate.

Realistically we need somewhere in the range of 6-9 parties to appropriately represent major political views in the country. Green party, some sort of SJW/Gender party, Democrats, Socialist Dems (or call it Labor Party or something), Libertarian, Constitution, Jesus party, and Republican. I'm sure we could have 2-3 more that would get representation. And obviously, battle lines are drawn pretty obviously for now, but as time goes on and ideas are able to actually develop with respect to their individual bases, instead of toeing one of two party lines, we would see more divide.

Had to walk my grandpa through the legal nonsense in these pressers and accusations. as well as inform him on some fairly basic ballot, voting, procedural stuff. he was fairly in the "i love fox news, but i think this is rigged, and im not sure why they arent reporting it" category.

luckily as much as he loves fox he trusts me a bit more.

90% of evidence used in court takes this form eyewitness/affidavit.

I tend to agree with you though.

If anything, the statistical anomalies will be the strongest argument (if there are any)

I prefer 2 party systems because it prevents people like Bernie Sanders from becoming president

The process for acquiring the affidavits are very different from how these were acquired, which were basically just setting up an online portal and letting people submit anything "under the penalty of perjury".

The claims are also far weaker in these affidavits rather than a personal sighting of fraud. "I saw XXX" vs "I heard somebody say their manager said they saw XXX"
