Bad test taker = someone who isn't willing to put in the effort to study without checking their phone/pc every 2 seconds for hours on end until the information you're studying sinks in. Plain and simple.

Or you know, pretty much anyone with adhd or aspergers.
Many of whom could still perform as well as a neurotypical person in most roles.

It always comes down to everyone else being lazy and you being the most driven guy on earth with you.

Neither. I'd hire someone who's capable of doing the job well by my own assessment.

Degree for high tech

Exception if you can prove your knowledge

The colege degree will always be more important because it shows an investment into the field. It also means you may have a blank slate with an employee and you can shape them to fit your company. No bad habbits to work out.

That being said, a college degree from any liberal school should be deemed invalid and as useful as a gender studies degree.

How?

He's essentially asking what is more important, education or experience. I'm saying neither matters intrinsically and the most important factor is capability. What about that isn't applicable to the question?

It's a one-or-the-other question
Would you rather have pure experience or pure education of equal level

Didn't know that's how discussions worked, answer the question without expanding on it at all, thanks for clearing that up.

You expand by giving the reason behind your choice and why it is better
Have you never answered a question on a test before? Show your work!

Experience, almost always. Someone with Pinkberry experience and a political science degree is not a political scientist, they're a fucking yogurt engineer.
