Normally I do these on Wednesday but it's tough during the week to find the time now so might be a Saturday thing or I might stop, idk yet.

Draft order taken from here http://walterfootball.com/nfldraftorder2017.php so don’t bitch.

Round 1

1. Cleveland Browns (0-2) - DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame
They need a QB, Kizer is the top in most people’s eyes, done and done. Maybe they’ll trade the pick away again, who knows?

2. Buffalo Bills (0-2) - Myles Garrett, DE/OLB, Texas A&M
This could easily be a QB but how about we say they give Rex one more chance with Tyrod at the helm so they take the best player in the draft and bolster a very poor pass rush which will only help the defense all around.

3. San Francisco 49ers (1-1) - Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson
Gabba Gabba sucks, Kaep is worse and would have been cut if not for the whole look at me pretending to care bullshit, get a franchise QB, cut fat boy Chip loose and start over.

4. Chicago Bears (0-2) - Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama
It’s too early to reach for Kayaa here (the next best QB) so the Bears solidify their poor offensive line. They might find a QB for the future later in the draft and he has to be protected. Even if they don’t and run with Cutler one more year or Hoyer or whoever they need to beef up the OT position.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars (0-2) - Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU
Yeldon is a solid back and Ivory is a decent compliment but overall they’re just an average duo. Fournette is another level of talent and would help take that Jacksonville offense to the next level. They have a great foundation on defense and offense and need a few more pieces, this is one of them.

6. Indianapolis Colts (0-2) - Charles Harris, DE/OLB, Missouri
Colts have holes all over their roster. Honestly, I’m a little surprised Andrew Luck resigned early. I was expecting him to play out the season and see where the team was. Maybe he’s regretting that decision now.

7. New Orleans Saints (0-2) - Jonathan Allen, DE/DT, Alabama
The Saints need help all over their defense so they have to take the best defensive player available and that’s Allen at this point.

8. Atlanta Falcons (1-1) - Malik McDowell, DE, Michigan State
Falcons cannot afford to leave the pass rush unaddressed this offseason.

9. Tennessee Titans via Los Angeles (1-1) - Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama
Titans luck out big time here by having the best corner in the draft fall to them at 9, filling one of their biggest weaknesses.

10. Washington Redskins (0-2) - Brad Kayaa, QB, Miami
Seems like Captain Kirk isn’t liking that very much anymore. He’s losing the locker room and playing like shit which is disappointing because I had very high hopes for him. It isn’t entirely his fault but if he continues to struggle the Skins could say goodbye to the second of 2 QB mistakes they made in 2012.

11. Dallas Cowboys (1-1) - Adoree' Jackson, CB/WR/KR, USC
Jackson would be a great fit for the Cowboys, bolstering their secondary immensely and would be a major help in the return game until he becomes to valuable to risk there like Patrick Peterson was his rookie year.

12. Miami Dolphins (0-2) - Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State
Foster sucks, Drake is a returner, Ajayi is a cry baby bitch and Pead has had a lot of chances and failed. They could go with a corner here but Cook is a special talent that will be a building block for the future for the Phins.

13. Tennessee Titans (1-1) - Jabrill Peppers, S/LB/CB, Michigan
Titans could easily double dip in the secondary. Peppers can play multiple positions and is extremely talented so could be a key piece for the Titans future.

14. San Diego Chargers (1-1) - Jamal Adams, S, LSU
They lost Weddle and passed on Ramsey and their defense is suffering because of that. Finding a new safety will be a top priority for the Chargers.

15. Baltimore Ravens (2-0) - Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
Because Terps said so.

16. Oakland Raiders (1-1) - Christian McCaffery, RB, Stanford
Pretty sure I mocked Su’a Cravens to the Raiders a lot last year, well same thing will likely happen this year with McCaffery. I think he’d be an excellent weapon for the Raiders offense and fit in perfectly.

17. Cleveland Browns via Philadelphia (2-0) - Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame
Protecting your new franchise QB with his college OT, not a bad idea. Maybe even move Joe Thomas while he still has some value.

18. New York Jets (1-1) - Jalen Tabor, CB, Florida
With Revis possibly regressing and no one else really on the roster the Jets might invest highly on a corner.

19. Detroit Lions (1-1) - Caleb Brantley, DT/NT, Florida
Proper replacement for Suh.

20. Seattle Seahawks (1-1) - DeMarcus Walker, DE/DT, Florida State
Most thought the Seahawks were going to take Nkemdiche last year but they moved down to address the OL. Help along that DL (and OL for that matter) is still needed.

21. New York Giants (2-0) - Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia
Unless Paul Perkins can come on the Giants don’t have shit for talent at RB.

22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-1) - Desmond King, CB/S, Iowa
Safety is one of the Buccs’ biggest weaknesses.

23. Kansas City Chiefs (1-1) - Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State
Derrick Johnson is great but he’s old, the Chiefs will need an eventual successor.

24. Denver Broncos (2-0) - Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU
There’s a good chance that Talib won’t be on the Broncos next year so here’s a third to go with Roby and Harris.

25. Houston Texans (2-0) - Carlos Watkins, NT, Clemson
Wilfork is no spring chicken so here’s someone to groom under him.

26. Arizona Cardinals (1-1) - Ethan Pocic, C, LSU
The Cardinals would have selected Ryan Kelly last year had he been available. They get their center now.

27. Carolina Panthers (1-1) - Derek Barnett, DE/OLB, Tennessee
Panthers need to address their fucking awful OT situation but Barnett falling here is too good to pass. Plus they need some pass rush help anyway.

28. Cincinnati Bengals (1-1) - Marcus Maye, S, Florida
Bengals lost Reggie Nelson in the off season and his replacement has been shit thus far so top safety on the board, fits the value and fills a need.

29. Green Bay Packers (1-1) - O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
Howard would have been the first TE selected last year and nothing has changed this year. Cooks hasn’t been much for the Packers and Richard Rodgers is just OK.

30. New England Patriots (2-0) - Carroll Phillips, DE/OLB, Illinois
Replenishing the ranks after letting Chandler Jones go.

31. Philadelphia Eagles via Minnesota (2-0) - Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU
Goddamn get Wentz some fucking talent around him.

32. Pittsburgh Steelers (2-0) - Cordea Tankersley, CB, Clemson
Pittsburgh continues to get young talent into their secondary.

I know Fournette is injured, but he just seems kind of "meh" this year and at the end of last year. I like Cook more tbh, though I wonder if he has the durability for the pros.

I can't argue with a WR in the first. Perriman is still a question mark, Wallace could be gone after 2017, and Chris Moore is the only other WR assured to be here next year, since SS89 is retiring and Aiken is a FA. Trestman seems to value speed over sluggish possession receivers, since he's using our speedy rookie Moore even more than Aiken this year--Williams fits that mold.

I mean, for a fourth round QB I think Cousins has lived up to expectations and even surpassed them at times. Wouldn't really call him a mistake.
