I use that ammount of ias to keep max ias faded vs uber meph

So what's the apparent change here that altering all these formulas. Is it the -1 dropped from animation duration?

Interesting. When someone else pointed out apparent DTalon changes, I read this post from back in the day by jrichard:

He mentions the 75 EIAS cap, or the (base value + skill ias + ((120*ias)/(120+ias)) - WSM) at a maximum of 175 and minimum of 15. But he goes into some detail as to why the 67 EIAS breakpoint doesn't pan out.

All those other breakpoint changes make that cap the pretty clear culprit. Here's hoping Bliz isn't clued in and we can enjoy ridiculously fast kicks for a while.

We're certain this registers server-side right? Regardless, I think I'll grab my bnet Sin and a Rift Caddy, 14BoS, 30DT, and 113 IAS and count my Frozen Orbs. If my math is correct, I should average 96 orbs per minute.

1/96{orbs}*60{sec/min}*25{frame/sec}*.16{orbs/attack}= 2.5fpa==5/2/2/2/2/2 on average

That's a lot of orbs.

My question is, with a GMB Faith 15 aura, do you still need the same IAS to hit the breakpoint or has it reduced, if reduced how much IAS is now needed with a GMB Faith 15 to hit 7fpa.

i.e. with a GMB Faith can you attain max speed with less then 95% IAS ?

Worth noting, dclaw seems glitched. i was hitting every time on a pally with my low ar and him having max block. not just the 2nd hit was landing, both hits. idk why but it seemed to avoid blocking even when he was standing still. was about a week ago.

Any one test/confirm the ias BPs yet? The orb/kick test would be interesting.

So I noticed if I manually count frames in legacy graphics vs manually count frames in new graphics that the numbers come out different (new graphics always show things faster). Now, to further test this I decided to time how long it took me to run out of mana when holding fury. This test resulted in the same times between legacy graphics and new graphics. When converting the timing method to my manually counted frames, the fpa matched the frames with the new graphics (i.e. the faster frames are actually what are happening).

Futhermore, this timing test I did matches perfectly with my fpa calculation assuming there is now no 75 cap on the animation speed.
