The city is going to raise 200M with bonds and other financing? Their financial statements are public. Their net financial position is 3M. Municipal bonds lol, from a net 3M township essentially. They can barely service the 9M of bond debt they have.

Seems like a general trend to come out with some bullshit every few months while they try to do share and debt placements to attempt to keep the lights on. Shares no one wants and debt no one wants to extend to them.
