market cap at 13.27 million if receiving future revenues of 100s of millions puts the floor expectation market cap at least 200 million

Those deals are clearly fake. You haven't explained why a Company like SkyBridge uses photos from other companies websites in their gallery when they had no participation in the projects. Also why hasn't the Indian company from that previous 100M+ deal not updated their site since like 2008 and have insolvency filings in Indian court?

Are those not valid questions? If TPTW had any proprietary information that was actually worth anything why are no Western companies interested?

Scroll down in the link and you will see a couple tenders that are open in the Uttar Pradesh for Smart Villages.

The deadline for these contract awards/funding released are November 24,2021 and December 12, 2021

One of the contracts will be worth 103 million

The other's worth is unknown.

Once again, if TPTW did get these contract awards (and I hope they do, and think they will based on Pr's and 8Ks), then there is a good chance we find out with in the next month or so. We shall see...
