Depends how short-sighted and/or ignorant you are. For venture capitalists 1000% return on investment "about to" be realized is often 3-5 years. Seed stage ventures like 1975 Microsoft, 1994 Amazon, and 1997 Netflix didn't show tangible proof of their successful endeavors for many years after they started. It's ok that you're ignorant but don't come to me acting like you know what you're talking about when it's clear that you don't.
