it means the company is on the verge of breakthrough contracts, what "close to" or "about to" or "on the verge" means depends on the individuals perspective of the subject matter

in business a company that is "close to" releasing a new product could be in that calendar year, my parents consider they're "about to" pay off their mortgage when it's approximately 2 years away (feels pretty near when you've been paying it for over two decades)

TPTW is securing financing, signing contracts, and shedding liabilities. if you don't believe that then why are you wasting your time here with circular arguments about phrasing? go build your crypto alt coin instead

the thing is, this company has NDAs for several large scale projects where a massive check could have the share price off to the races. its uncertain just how soon that could be, but I consider it urgent for myself to buy shares especially when I consider them heavily undervalued as they are now
