I think he appointed at least minimally competent people to run the departments. He has probably known who he was going to appoint for 5 years. He was part of Obamas administration for 8 years.

About what I expected, which is to be a weak leader.

It's mostly the administration and the back room deals that happen which lead the country. It's never been about Biden or Trump. Think of them as poster child that the party wants you to see.

Based on that I think he does OK job but sub par for what the country needs. Especially a man with alzhimers/(speech impediment) he is not a good inspirational figure

Simply by winning, biden is losing. Had biden lost, trump would be well on his way to lame-duck status and out of politics. But by biden winning, you are getting 12 years of trump instead of 8. Trump will now run the gop from 2016-2029 and heavily influence state gop governments for that entire period.

Whichever party is the blue collar party controls the destiny of the nation. One of the reasons Trump is a great president is that he flipped it. Before Trump, blue collar was democrat. Now its republican. Biden with his killing of blue collar jobs, Shipping more jobs overseas and cozying up to globalists is accelerating the trend. Biden is a weak leader and in the pocket of elites.

The best thing he’s done as President is draw a spotlight to Joe Manchin.

Otherwise pretty much what I expected. An “I’m not racist BUT” liberal who openly identified as conservative for decades.

About what I expected:

Spreading lots of rhetoric I dislike and pushing policies and decisions I oppose, but also not going ham (yet) at ramming through ultra-liberal legislation or making any decision which is truly catastrophic. My verdict on the Biden admin isn't out yet though. I'm very much in a wait-and-see mode when it comes to him.


We should keep in mind, however, that this was his honeymoon period - and it wasn't all that great. His biggest accomplishment so far is quite literally "not being Trump".
Politically speaking, I think the fate of his presidency will be determined by how inflation and the job market develop over the coming 1.5 years.
