"its illegal" or "its a crime" was said in a colloquial sense to at least reference the fact that she was the one doing something wrong, whereas he was just watching birds. then u get a 3 paragraph rant on how ur argument is invalid because she couldnt face jail time or a permanent record for her actions, as if that was your point all along. hes just strawmanning while ignoring people's context and intent so he can blame a black guy for video taping her (not illegal in ANY context here).

There's no moved goalpost. A law has to exist for something to be "illegal". A "crime" requires a law to be violated. There's no law against letting dogs off leashes in that park.
