She starts crying into the phone by the end saying she is scared and he is coming at her. He tried to give hee dog a treat because it was off leash and he said people who do that really hate when you feed then restrain someone's dog.

Glad he didn't get killed, so we can be spared the narrative about how he was really a thug was casing houses etc.

only missing piece of context is that the man carries dog treats and if people refuse to leash their dogs he gives them treats so people will then leash their dogs. its a super awesome power move. "wont leash your dog, ok, im gonna make your dog come to me".

fuck that lady. glad it ended peacefully, and glad she got hers.

The lady apologized fortunately. I think she just made a dumb decision as opposed to malice.
