The man had dog treats on his person. I think we can safely assume that he was an annoying busybody who was looking for a confrontation. He should not be trying to feed treats to someone else's property.

That said, the lady escalated the situation and tried to get him killed.

he explained that he does this because of living this same confrontation many times. he asked politely to many people to leash their dogs, and people impolitely declined. so he impolitely started to carry dog treats to force them to do the right thing. its passive aggressive as hell, but not exactly a shitbag move. the real shitbag move is letting your furbaby loose to destroy one of the few natural settings in a cement jungle with signs posted all over the place. if someone tried to fuck with my hobby and i got shit on for asking them to do the right thing id be passive aggressive as hell too.

He has a right to have dog treats. I've seen this before with guns "well why did the black guy take out his gun!?!?!?!" but never "WHAT WAS THE BLACK GUY DOING WITH DOG TREATS!?!?!?!?!?"

Why does the black guy have a gun? One would assume to protect himself.

Why does a guy with no dog have dog treats? We don't need to guess, as he out and told us. It was to feed them to other people's dogs in an attempt to harass them into leashing their dog.

If there are civil penalties associated with walking your dog without a leash, he should report her. He should not try to feed her dog.

Why would he feel threatened? If it's a crime, he should report the crime. I don't think he should be a vigilante.

that part was hyperbole joking on her 9-11 call. he could report 10,000 people in a year for no leashes and he'd not get one single bit of justice. its fucking NYC, theyve got gangs and shit to deal with.
