on topic I quite enjoyed the first last of us so hope this one is good too

i dont pay attention to political commentary in the storylines in my video games i play even when its blatantly clear whats in the game

for example bioshock infinite, and final fantasy 7 and X have absurdly blatant political commentary in the story if you look for it (and you dont have to look hard), didnt stop them from being some of the best games ever made

The first bioshock was a critique on libertarianism and Atlas Shrugged. The third was a biting commentary on nationalism. I think they explored these ideas pushed to their very extremes and gone wrong pretty well. Infinite becomes quite a psychological experience. I didn't play 2.
