Decent showing so far for Biden, all things considered. He still needs to win South Carolina.

how far are we gonna keep moving the goalposts for this guy Biden lol

VP to a popular two-term President, with his own name recognition and the establishment’s favored candidate at the get-go; and now if he doesn’t finish last we all pat him on the back

he hasn’t won a primary yet - ever - and now barnie’s momentum will make it it interesting in SC. Biden is lucky that Mayor Pete likely will be in 3rd or 4th there due to ‘reasons’

Well, as you put it, the pale pasty privileged pussy pandering liberals got to vote before the negros. Honestly, white liberals are the fucking worst and they don't know how to win.

And were you saying this about Trump as well in 2016? Because I can't remember that far back and if you weren't then your bullshit radar is just horribly broken.

Trump has his fair share of swamp creatures in his orbit, but none of them are/were high-profile politicians in their own right. And... I'm just more aligned with Trump on most issues than with Bernie, and this ofc extends to their respective advisors.
Also note how Trump came in with majorities in both chambers of Congress (although no filibuster-proof supermajority in the Senate!), while I see absolutely no world in which Sanders is on top of the ticket and the Dems take back the Senate this fall.

I didnt start getting really active on PaRD until 2017 btw, so I didnt comment a lot here in 2016.

so last one that got the win for Presidency was Wild Bill Clinton, who actually grew up a poor southerner. And Jimmy Carter was also of humble beginnings from the South too

so this begs the question who was the last privileged lefty liberal to win? LBJ? Lmfao

probably Kennedy.

but to be fair, Bernie did grow up in a working-class environment. he isnt one of those "privileged since birth and therefore lost his touch with reality"-types.
