Ravenlore can be used, but that will lean you more towards a fissure build. The shaman is a mix of summon and fire. Having geddon on a rare pelt saves you skill points to invest elsewhere, and each skill point saved is critical to your end damages.

Use ravenlore until you find yourself a nice pelt with desired hybrid skills in it.

It's pretty much just a thread for the only two people who think shamans are good to compliment each other in.

The funny bit is that neither of you are good on druid.

If anything its the other way around, Ravenlore and facet gear is best when opponents don't stack fire resist, and bad when they do. Few people have stacked fire resist and its the least likely for people to keep swap gear for, but generalized swap gear or high stack all resist builds like wizspike dins who actually do stack vs fire, will almost always have so much stack you can't penetrate it. Using facets and skillers to go from 5k / -0% fissure to 6.7k / -75% against a 75% unstacked opponent is the difference between 212 & 1139 hp in damage
