I wen't into the movie thinking I wouldn't like it.. but came out of it thinking.

It is a pure look into someones slip into darkness / mental illness. I can't say that it was a 10/10 kind of movie for me but the idea and the story of the movie was top notch, rarely do we get to see something stripped down to the bare bones of something so dark, especially in todays society where so many people probably took it as offensive.

Random girl at my fiancee's work place told her that movie is fucked up and made her question her own mental health etc.
Now she refuses to go and see it with me.
If you read in newspapers about guy randomly killing a girl with no motive, this was the motive

Dam..I was wrong, this movie was amazing, so well made, I honestly didnt expect that at all, the character development was just 10/10

For me this is by far the best movie out of all batman universe movies

I want more! I hope there will be more

How would they do more though? It would be pretty hard to do a Joker 2 and have it mean anything. More dc villain origin story movies could be cool. Similar too what Sony is doing, but actual villains not anti-heroes like Sony.

idk maybe... but would be cool if they could pull it off next film about Bruce Wayne all grown up, i would imagine it want about a guy flying around in a silly batman costume, riding crazy vehicles etc... (i am not hating on batman action films dont get me wrong, i used to like them too when i was younger but i just much prefer this type of films)
