The last movie was a downright terrible movie regardless, but people started raging over sjw propaganda, with one of their main *examples* of this inexcusable agenda being that a female character had short hair. Since then, I've given up on attempting to understand the asinine reasons people decide to be outraged.

I was just genuinely surprised it wasn't an awful movie.

Kylo Ren was the best thing about this new trilogy. His character had challenges, he had depth, he had purpose. He had the potential to be as great as Vader, maybe even better. They sent him out like a punk... This trilogy was absolutely terrible.

I've watched the first 4 episodes of The Mandalorian and it is already better than the entire new trilogy. Amazing how Disney screwed up an absolutely legendary franchise.

If the prequels or even Return of the Jedi came out today they would be slaughtered online. Most people don't realize that Attack of the Clones and The Phantom Menace were both nominated for 7 Razzie awards. That is fucking horrible yet it doesn't get attention because it happened before social media.

It is impossible to please all the fans of a franchise that has unreasonable expectations. Fans create theories in there heads that they wish to happen and when the movies go another direction they immediately think it is trash. There is also the sheep of social media who love to jump on bandwagons and nitpick movies to death based on trivial details they didn't agree with.

But his acting was way better than the previous. It indeed has depth and his acting portray in his emotions and vice versa

I honestly don't even get what the dweebs on social media are so outraged about over the character of Rose. She just isn't that important of a character in the long run. Is it because she's Asian? Is it because she's female? This movie is already riddled with SJW pandering though not as bad as the last.

We watch sports and go to the movies to escape all the nonsense and be entertained. No wonder why sales are down across the board.
