I think best way to spam it is to hold summon zombie (keyboard bind), and set sacrifice to mouse scroll?

Also noticed, that if you just chain spam zombie, the ones that die naturally also drop health globes. With a fast dagger, you can spawn so many globes just by recasting dogs.

I recently watched a video with all of the new legendaries, and on there they had Sever, which has "slain enemies rest in pieceS". The Last Breath ceremonial knife also has this text.

Looks like the killing blow does an absolutely ridiculous amount of extra damage. I wonder if an AoE spell would trigger this as well, delivering that damage to anything in the area? Seems like it would be a nice way to get some extra damage.

it is only killing blow, there is no use for this, other than life s teal. These crazy crit trigger life steal. But you dont deal any extra damage, it procs only if your normal hit was fatal for the enemy.

No I get that. But what if was an AoE skill? You could kill some trash, and deal that damage to nearby elites.

Not sure if that works, but it might be worth testing out.

It checks fatal hit for individual target, doesn't matter if you use this with aoe or single target skill. That proc will not add any extra damage.
I even tested it with something that could potentially work, barb skill battle rage bloodshed - 20% damage nova of damage that crit. But even that doesn't seem to be working, nova is not dealing 20% of x mln crit.

I don't think Bad Medicine is necessary for this at all.

Everything besides Elites/Bosses is going to die in one Sacrifice with optimal positioning, and Elites will generally die in no more than 2 if you're geared correctly.
Impatient for PvP or what? I can't wait, but I think it's going to disappoint.

As for the build, atm I'm trying to us sacrifice with 300 mana per dog, and use it with bears. It is probably best way to spam it now, you dont need any mana regen gear/skills.

But still, I'm having trouble with some elites, there is always some cc that fucks me over.. how people play wd? I mean, even old vq/bears. You have one use of spirit walk per 15s. Vs elites option of reducing its timer doesn't work cause there is no trash to trigger -1s/kill. So you can survive one bad jailer/frozen/nightmerish/vortex, but what if there is next one? Shit is pretty random, especially if you find hard elites with fast affix, and teleport (like phasebeast). Many times you get lucky ofc, and one spirit walk is enough, or if you use also horrify, good to cast sfter getting vortexd. But many times you will get owned.
Barb has berserk and doesn't give a fuck about cc, wizard freezes shit to death so it cant use cc, demon hunter can chain cast smoke screen long enough to kill elites, and what does wd do? Rely on one panic button, and if get chain ccd you just die? ;/
