i did 245x5 for a few sets but midway through did 1 set of 295x5.
Didn't have the best form i don't think, but im pretty sure i can pull 3 plates for 1 for sure now which is kinda cool for me
I'm gonna focus on adding weight each time for all my compounds b/c i've been slacking a lot with no strength progress imo
