Been doing juggernaut , on month 3. The first few sets always feel heavy as fuck, and I was only doing 170 for 5 reps... then I get to the AMRAP set and bang out 14 reps like it's nothing.
Which program? I just wrapped up Juggernaut Method and started the cowboy method before ending it earlier to start my cut.
Keep rolling with that shit, it'll add strength in no time..
