Got two reps of 165 bench today, up from two reps of 155 last week. Hoping to get one rep of 185 by the end of spring, which is looking pretty doable.

Been doing juggernaut , on month 3. The first few sets always feel heavy as fuck, and I was only doing 170 for 5 reps... then I get to the AMRAP set and bang out 14 reps like it's nothing.

Which program? I just wrapped up Juggernaut Method and started the cowboy method before ending it earlier to start my cut.

Keep rolling with that shit, it'll add strength in no time..

Decided to use the grip straps that I've had in my gym bag for months now. Deadlifted 265 but form was sketch. Probably going to just stick to 225 and focus on posterior chain stretching for a week or two. I think flexibility is what's messing me up the most.

/e. Definitely some lower back rounding, especially on the way down. But right before I tried to lift the bar, that's as neutral as my spine will go, which is why I want to work on flexibility a lot.

Work on your hamstring flexibility.. The weight didn’t look heavy, but you look as flexible as a 2x4
