you arent stable at all, anywhere. ankles knees and hips all cave/interally rotate. looks like slight lumbar extension, so lack of spinal tightness.
never said it was a perfect squat, however i did say it was the first back squat i've done in months
i have a lot to work on, and actually i have trouble seeing what you're even talking about. and i'd have to disagree that 99% of powerlifters have bad technique
the video of me doing the double, yea i'd say i'm way off, the single is a bit better
if i can do 420lb's with bad technique and not being stable at all then i feel pretty good about the future as i increase the volume of my back squats and hone in on perfecting technique
