Anyone know what to do about this shoulder? Im experience a dull but painful ache after shoulder day in one of my shoulders but the pain only lasts for like 30 minutes.

I start to feel it about halfway through my shoulder routine and especially when I do rotator cuff strengthening workouts, which makes me think it's probably a rotator cuff injury.

So what's the plan? Doctor? Skip shoulders for a bit? Just push through it until cutting season?

425 squat!

First attempt, I drove through my hips too much and spotter had to help me at the top. Guy told me I exploded out of the hole and lost tightness, but it looked easy. Took a 10 min rest and tried again. 425 wasn’t easy, but I probably have another 5-10 lbs in me.

Numbers right now

425 squat
475 deadlift
225 bench
@220 lbs and cutting

I’m thicc as fuck.

I used to think I was benching wrong, but I literally am opposite most people. My legs are jumbo hugemongus compared to my upper body..

Everybody has their weakness and strengths, although I’ve put a shit load on my bench in the last year or so, I’ll never catch up to my squat/dl.

I’m starting CWS cowboy method in 2 weeks, which puts a LOT more emphasis on bench over squatting and deadlifting. I’m hoping that’ll help a lot. As is, I’m benching twice a week and splitting accessory work each day, varying shoulder work one day and back work the other day.

My thoughts exactly.... wondering if a typo and he meant to say 325.

My best was @ 180
300 bench
380 squat

So the numbers 'should' line up with that.

Regardless I'm jealous as fuck about that squat. My goal since I was 17 was 400.... closest I've gotten was 380 which was about 3 years ago when I was 21/22 years old. Hurt my back about 3 or 4 months ago and trying to ease back into back squats.

Hoping 2018 can be the year!!!

Nope, no typo.. Just a horrible bench 😂.

It’s getting there, 6 months ago I missed 205.. A week ago I benched 225 fairly easy.

No. I squat in the 400s deadlift 585 and bench 295.

It's not that uncommon. My ohp is dogshit too at 165.

Iv honestly just assumed I bench wrong at this point as everything is self trained and self taught. If I can add 10 lbs to my bench in a 16 week interval I'm happy.
