I used to think I was benching wrong, but I literally am opposite most people. My legs are jumbo hugemongus compared to my upper body..
Everybody has their weakness and strengths, although I’ve put a shit load on my bench in the last year or so, I’ll never catch up to my squat/dl.
I’m starting CWS cowboy method in 2 weeks, which puts a LOT more emphasis on bench over squatting and deadlifting. I’m hoping that’ll help a lot. As is, I’m benching twice a week and splitting accessory work each day, varying shoulder work one day and back work the other day.
