Lol, you want to work in, you change the weights. Not the other way around. If they offer and ask how much weight, sure. If they don't, you change it. Where is your etiquette?

Ozzy, why didn't you ask them to work in with them and show them real manly strength. Ask their name first, maintain eye contact through the mirror during the set and whisper / soft grunt their name while grinding out the reps. Always finish with a pose when you're done with your set.

Hit 225 for a single today AFTER doing a 5x3 @185 and 205 for a single.

You interpreted wrong. As in they don't need to move my stuff back if they are working in is the me. Only one side.

Squatted 315x20 last week.
This week did 345x15 pretty easily.

CrossFit competition this weekend. Probably my last one before the CrossFit Open. :)
