Hey there, hope you doing well with all this going on, lets get straight to the point.


What would you recommend to someone who has been following a ketogenic diet and has accomplish a weight goal? He has accomplish the "weight" but wants to now go into a fit/muscle body.
5-7
weight 180
body type endomorph
Work outs are also appreciated if you'd like to share.

After almost 2 years, I finally figured out my passwords for JSP. I was locked out until now - but I'm back! If anyone needs anything, please let me know

Hey buddy, just wanted to say thanks for the help you’ve done. I’ve essentially dedicated most of my adult life to fitness and strength training. Mostly because you made becoming healthy seem so reasonable and achievable.

It’s good to see you back! I remember asking you for a plan back when I was a sophomore in highschool and you gave me a great one. Now I’m 28 years old and trying to workout for the first time since then lol.

170 pounds

I’m trying to get back in shape first and foremost by doing cardio and other various simple activities. But eventually looking to get into weight training. Trying to reduce belly fat and get at least a little bulk, not trying to be a full on body builder but I want to get stronger and more weight be due to muscle and not belly fat from drinking too much beer. Any advice on a workout plan would help!

Hey there. Could you please provide me with your age, any medical conditions, and any food allergies. Additionally, please let me know if you have any physical limitations.

28 years old, 5’10”, 170 pounds, no medical conditions, no food allergies, only physical limitiations is that I’m out of shape as hell 😅

Looking to get back in shape first and foremost, get my muscles used to moving frequently again. Then I wanna do weight training to get somewhat bulk, shred body fat (even though I’m skinny I just have a fat belly from drinking too much beer lol)
