but when you chain together teles to go somewhere, you just hold down button. or when telestomping, you have time to click attack after the action frames of tele and before the finishing animation. no special reflexes needed to take advantage of the fcr frame saved
Same in both case, you can simply hold the other spell to chain it once the previous one is done
