The main damage loss comes from the cham replacing facet in griffons imo. Anyways, I think mosaic has enough damage to warrant 102 fcr as a lot of that damage is overkill even on p8.

Most people still think that PS > CoT
CoT deals like 75% of the dmg as the 3 charges apply while PS has only charge 2

102 fcr is best if you tele a lot
65 fcr is best if you farm easy access areas (you could also get 102fcr only on cta/spirit side for longer tele distances)

More important than fcr is maximizing your number of kicks and ias bp. You will lose way more frames per runs if its not on point with your needs and player count than if you only care about your fcr bp that is only used for tele.

Do NOT think about dmg. This is mosaic, you have too much dmg already even without +skills.
Care about :
1) ias bp (using GT will help)
2) 65 or 102 fcr (or 102 only on cta side)
3) res, life, mf, etc
…
99) dmg

You need to get paired Greater Talons with at least +3 Phoenix Strike and +3 Claws of Thunder on both of them or the class is literally unplayable.

Ideally also +3 fade, this build is very flimsy

I am making my first one soon (aim is lvl 99). I got a greater talons with +3 to fade+/ +3 to claws of thunder and another one with +3 to claws of thunder and +3 to weapon block. I'll go with 65fcr, 25% crushing blow, 40ias and 4 kicks for starters.
I've played ma sins before, building charges are the problematic part, not the finishers. If I don't like the fade solution I might try yours with BoS.

Well hopefully you could tell I was joking about being flimsy, it's super tanky

Imo the +3 weap block is wasted as there's severe diminishing returns ; you'll have enough pts left over to get to 58% with no issues.

Like I said in another post I barely run fade. Bos is just smoother and overstacks ias for decrep/hf
